This brand new condominium unit is fully furnished to the hilt, complete with high-end throw rugs, to a complete kitchen set-up including a latte machine.

The unit has free wireless network, which is also available downstairs in the coffee shop. Cable TV offering several channels, along with a DVD player and DVDs to select from.

A hot tub is slated to begin construction 7/09; hopefully finished and ready for occupancy by year end.

We grew up not far from this area and loved Birch Bay. We now live in Northern California but aren't getting up here as often as we thought we would.

We love the Birch Bay location because it is right on the water offering all the benefits of water amenities, plus bike riding, jogging and sunsets. Fifteen minutes into Bellingham and you can take a Ferry to the San Juan Islands, less than 2 hours and your skiing on Mt. Baker, and less than five miles and you're at the Canadian border.

    • We stayed in the condo for four nights and it was wonderful. We had everything we needed plus a beautiful view out the front. It was a great location for day trips to White Rock, Vancouver and Victoria. The next time my family heads to Blaine, we will definitely look into renting this unit again.
