The Chalet is a 2000 Sq Ft log cabin in the exclusive subdivision of Grand Isle in Fairfield Bay, Arkansas. All linens are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large master suite with private bath. Upstairs is a large loft to sleep 4 comfortably (more with cots). Off the kitchen is another full bath with Jacuzzi tub. The unique Dining table is square and seats 8 with plenty of room for a feast in the middle. The long bar facing the kitchen is 12 feet long and seats 5. A complete laundry room is off the kitchen. Off the back is a huge 15 x 45 foot covered deck.
Greers Ferry Lake is a 40,000 acres and has 350 miles of shoreline. The natural beauty of the lake and shoreline are breathtaking, and the water is crystal clear. It's perfect for all kinds of recreation.
The climate in Fairfield Bay allows for year round golfing, and the mountainous terrain makes for interesting and challenging courses. There are two beautiful championship golf courses in Fairfield Bay, just a very short drive from the Chalet.
World Class Fishing right through the backyard – Grab your fishing pole (or get one out of the shed) walk to the lake and fish right off the shore.

We are the Smith Family. We live in a suburb of Chicago Illinois, so it's a bit of a drive for us to visit our home in Arkansas, but it's well worth it. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Fairfield Bay
We purchased this property on our first visit to Greers Ferry Lake. We went looking for a piece of land to buy, and fell in love with the area and my wife didn't want to wait for me to build, so we bought this beautifully built log cabin on the lake. The surroundings are just beautiful, and peaceful. The lake is very big with a lot of shoreline to explore.
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family Home
We have two small children (2 and 3yrs) so we enjoy the quiet neighborhood where they can safely play outside. We enjoy the abundant wildlife right in the yard. When the kids are a little older, I plan to take them on fishing and boating trips.
