- Our unit's generous design allows for an unusual amount of common living space and privacy. Its clean decorating scheme is a welcome relief from the more typical washed out or overly fussy approach. We have brand new carpeting, parquet flooring in the entry hall and kitchen, all freshly painted walls and almost all new furniture. The master suite boasts a king bed, granite double sink dressing area, and a walk-in closet. The second master suite also has a king bed and walk-in closet and connects to an updated bath with a granite sink top. The third bedroom/bath suite has two twin beds set up as a trundle, with its own stall shower and granite sink top. Each bedroom has its own access to the sunny Florida outdoors via balcony or lanai. The living room is uncomplicated and elegant, with leather sofas, designer colors, a large flat screen HD TV, comfortable arm chairs, and great lighting. The dining table seats 8 or more and the simple chandelier and original art will set a good party.

- Chateaumere is only a 5 or so minute walk to the Pelican Bay beach berm, providing easy direct access by tram through a strip of mangrove forest to miles of exclusive pristine Gulf of Mexico beach. At the beach there are restaurants, cafes, and free of charge chairs and cabanas. The berm also serves as a several mile long walking, jogging and biking trail. Within Pelican Bay is a large state of art fitness center, again free of charge to our tenants, dozens of tennis courts, and miles of additional walking paths. Nearby are the upscale Waterside and Gulf Shore area Venetian Village shops, as well as the Naples Art Museum and Philharmonic Center.
