We like this house. Condition and location perfect. House is very clean, everething you need you have. It is comfortable located on nice street not far from lake and club. We have very good time staing in this house, with 2 full bath and nice porch and backyard. Strongly recomended to people who like to have good time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We rented this house over Presidents Day weekend and had a great time. The house itself is kept very clean and in immaculate condition. The house has everything you need in a home away from home. Big Boulder is very close and other resorts are not far at all. Overall we had a great time and would definitely rent this house again, especially because the owners are very accomodating and friendly.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights during Labor Day weekend 2009. Couple with 3 children, all of whom enjoyed it immensely! The house was clean and well kept, comfortable beds, lovely patio with seating and grill...the loft was a big hit, as well as the wildlife we encountered which kept our city kids very occupied and fascinated. Wild turkeys walked up to our car within the first five minutes! We did not end up using the pool because of the weather, and the lake was emptied this year, but overall we had a positive stay. Convenient location, very accommodating owners. Recommended.

Dear Anna & Vlady Borvenko--Our two friends wanted to join with us in a big THANK YOU!!! - a wonderfully relaxing 2 week escape renting your very charming Pocono's house. Towamensing Trails is an absolutely gorgeous Penn Forest community & the house was so cozy & clean, with all you need, peaceful & quiet as can be. It was the perfect 'home away from home' for us & our 2 pals & we loved every minute - the fireplace, evenings of stunningly starry skies (more than we ever see in now smoky Los Angeles) & we wish we could have taken home some of your tiny tree frogs to lull us to sleep. Especially enjoyable for us were the superb walking/biking trails to the lake & beyond & one pleasure among many was the tasty produce at the local Farmers Market. It was our all-time-favorite 'away-from-it-all' location. We hope to return ASAP-- perhaps in ski season!!! Yours most sincerely, Neil & Mila Hunt

We have rented this wonderfull house for a month of August 2009. This brand new house is spacious and perfectly located - just a 15 minutes short walk to the lake and pool. We have 5 adults 2 teens age 13 and 18 , and all had fun. We did not want to leave! The house is roomy and well equiped, with everything a family needs for a vacation - TVs, DVDs, game consol, variety of games musical keyboard, fireplace and great porch and backyard deck , grill, basketball court and don't forget the lake, the pool, basketball and tennis courts, teen hangouts, etc etc. The owners are very nice, dependable, and helpful in every respect - from getting the management to produce badges for using facilities to inspecting the property and returning deposit promptly. Great getaway for families or anybody looking to relax and enjoy Poconos. Anna and Vladimir - thanks for a great summer vacation from all in our family. We are looking forward to renting the house - again! We definitely reccomend everyone this lovely house.
