Our week spent at Casa De La Isla was excellent. The photos are very accurate. My family and I felt at home and were excited with all of the amenities available. The owners were readily available to answer all of our questions and sent us a pool guy when we needed one! The property was clean, which prompted us to keep it clean as well for the next people coming in. We walked to the movies, went to Sea Turtles Inc. enjoyed the fireworks display on Friday and walked back and forth to the beach. My family will definitely consider this place if we decide to vacation in SPI next summer! Recommend for anyone else who comes bring your own MAT, because if you have kids coming in and out from the poolside, the floor is very slippery. We had to wash and rewash our mat to ensure the kids were safe. In addition, bring a sponge mop to help with water in the living room! Other than that, the time spent with family is unforgettable! :)

This townhome was spacious, clean, and very nice. It was in close proximity to the beach, the Movie Theatre, and many restaurants. We appreciated the fact that we could bring our dog. The owners were very accommodating to meet us with the key and show us around. We would definitely stay here again.

What can I say this place is fabulous! It had everything we needed. It was a short ride to the beach on one of their 3 bikes and if ya like fishing their were poles to boot. The kitchen was well equiped and we made use of the grill and the smoker. The poolside chairs were very comfy and each of the bedroom had a terrace. They have a great entertainment/tv/stereo center and there is also one in the master bedroom. The house was very clean, comfortabely furnished with tile floors throughout. We were greeted and made to feel at home by the owner's family and are deposit was returned promptley. All and all it was a great home away from home and we highly recommend it.

A group of us (mainly post grad) visited during Texas Spring Break week 2010. It was the first time to visit SPI for all of us in the group. Casa de la Isla is very comfortable and has much more than a hotel would offer. The parking was easy especially with the cinema lot next door. The walk from Casa de la Isla to coca cola beach took about 45 minutes down Gulf Blvd and the sandy beach combined. It was a good walk that allowed us to meet more people and also sober up despite the direction we were going. Walking to Amberjacks and Louie's Backyard was acceptable but we usually caught a taxi or the wave since we were a bit more dressed and cleaned up. I definitely recommend this house, not alot of people traffic in front of the house so you have the availability to get out of the Kaos if you need to.
