Sea Side Villas is a gated, secured community, has two pools, picnic and barbeque area, a sunning deck and is on the most desirable beach in South Carolina. Two blocks down the beach is the Tiki Bar, (the only beachfront bar on the island) which has nightly music.
There is a short three block walk to Coligny Plaza which has a major grocery store, fun boutiques, ice cream and coffee shops, many great restaurants and a movie theatre. There are also many bike-rental locations within walking distance. Also within walking distance is mini-golf and a water park. There are many excellent golf courses in the surrounding area.
All units in building are identical, this one has new tile floors, recent new bath, all kitchen appliances (mini fridge, stove, microwave and all utensils, dishes etc.), Plasma TV, DVD player, balcony with chairs, unit includes beach and pool toys, beach chairs and umbrella.
