  My family and I just returned recently from vacation and it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The condo was wonderful and everything was state of the art in every area. Greg was so helpful and worked with us on everything so well to make our vacation special. This unit offered the absolute best sunset view and also view of the ocean and beach as well as the pool area. We were able to actually watch our grandkids and speak with them from the balcony. We also had the most spectacular week of weather with the beach and ocean the most clear and calm as we had ever seen. Our three grandkids we able to play in the ocean and on the beach without us having to worry about rough water or rip currents. We have stayed in many units at Shores of Panama over the years because of the uniquiness of the pool and other things but I can really say that this is the best equipped and most attractive condo that we have ever stayed in. We will definately stay here again if possible.

  We just spent 8 nights at this condo for the 2nd year in a row. September is a perfect time of the year to visit Panama City Beach. We have stayed at many condos through the years, but Shores of Panama is the best resort on the beach. The condo is very nicely decorated with plenty of space. The balcony gives a great view of both the pool and beach. We especially like the location because you can walk to many of the stores, restaurants, etc. Greg is the best owner we have worked with. He takes care of every detail and is a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely stay in one of Greg's condos again next year.

  This review is long overdue, our large family stayed in this unit in August 2010, and it was perfect. I enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and watch the kids down at the pool, or call them up - not too high up to communicate with those below. Also, we could watch/listen the the music being played pool side - they had a fellow running karaoke at the pool stage a couple of days and we all just loved it! The pool is amazing, but my favorite place to be is the beach - its awesome to be able to walk over to Pineapple Willys and get those yummy "frozen concoctions that help me hang on" :) Greg was most accomodating and very friendly. We love Shores, and this condo rocks!

  This is a great condo! Greg is absolutely the most kind, easy to work with and honest owner we've ever dealt with. All of his condos are decorated upscale which makes your vacation very nice. It is even more nice when the owner is very concerned with your enjoyment in his condo. His condos are clean and upgraded from a regular condo with comfy seating and beautiful decor. There are big tvs in every room and oh my, the beautiful view when you lie on the bed in the master front bedroom. You are looking over the most awesome pool in PCB and ocean...all in one. It is wonderful to have breakfast or dinner on the balcony and he has plenty of patio furniture for a family. Our daughter loves the bunk bed:)) You can walk out the entrance door and look over Pineapple Willy's...just a short walk to a great atmosphere and dining and you don't even have to move your car. Everything is convenient with Wal Mart right across the street and all your favorites restaurants in short distances either way. Great place to stay....Choose Greg's Condos!! Thank you Greg for making our stay very enjoyable. It was a pleasure meeting you and Nicholle.

  This was the greatest Stay in Florida for our family we have ever experinced. the Place / Condo was wonderful. Best Condos on the Beach, Our friends thought we were staying with Kings and Queens. Weather in October was perfect. The owners Were Great, I flet like we had become friends. Talked with Gerg Many times over the Phone and his main objective was for us to have a good time and enjoy. we did!!! thanks Ray and Carole

  We have been staying in Panama City for over 20 years now and we love Shores of Panama! The lagoon pool is the best in the city. We really liked having the keypad entry. It was soooo much easier than keeping up with keys. The owner was great with communicating with us and seemed to really care about the guests. It was well furnished, tvs in all rooms (even the bunkroom). This unit has a fantastic view of the sunset, pool, and beach. The garage parking spot is convenient to the condo as well. Not having to wait on an elevator is very nice. My only wish was having some beach items available to us, but Walmart is across the street. Perfect place in building.

  My family and I stayed here last year and I want to tell you that I have stayed in Panama City Beach areas condo's for quite some time now and this one beats them all. The condo is wonderfully furnished, everything is high end down to the silverware.. The location is great and having the assigned parking on the same floor as the condo is a big plus. The owner is great to deal with so this will be our home away from home in the future.
