It has plenty of room for 2 couples or a couple and up to 4 children. It has a large clean 10X15 foot storage shed with washer and dryer. It is a block from Thomas Doughnut Shop, 2 blocks from The Carousel full grocery, wine and liquor store and 15 minutes or less from Panama City or anywhere on Panama City Beach. it is just a short walk to paradise!!

Year Purchased: 2009
Jackie and Jacke began coming to the beach when their 2 children, Joshua and Jena, were young and have been coming every year since. In 2002 they had the opportunity to buy a cottage in Laguna Beach and joined VRBO with Jackie and Jackie's beach cottage. Then in 2009 they had another chance to buy this bungalow across the street. Jackie B has been in the music production business in Nashville since 1984, recording songs for songwriters, singers and publishing companies. Jackie G has been a teacher’s aid at White Bluff Elementary School since 1985. They live on 16 acres 4 miles from the small community of white bluff TN which is 30 miles NW of Nashville. They are 2 miles down a dirt road back in the woods. They love the country life but look forward to spending some of their retirement in Laguna Beach someday.

You can watch the sun set on the gulf. The water is beautiful, the beach is white powdery sand on a quiet uncrowded reserved beach with nothing but sand dunes for 1/2 mile on the beach side and no high rises.
