We enjoy visiting our unit for many reasons. It is a short drive to Broadway at the Beach - the shopping mall - airport - water park - several restaurants - outlet shopping and theme park. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting in the enclosed porch watching the golfers on the green.
Located in a cul-de-sac; have the kids bring their fishing poles to enjoy the pond, splash in the outdoor pool, or try your skill on the putting green. Our unit is on the ground floor center unit which provides more living space. Raining outside? Take the kids to the indoor pool, or a short drive to the mall to see a movie, or to Broadway at the Beach and the whole family can have fun at MagiQuest or Ripley's Aquarium. Don't forget to check out the baseball schedule for the Pelicans at BB&T Coastal Field.
We are a short drive away from the Amusement Park and minutes to the Beach, Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, NASCAR, Medieval Times, hundreds of restaurants, and don't forget over 100 golf courses, including World Tour, which is less than a mile away.
This 2BR/2BA unit has a master bedroom with a King size bed that can be split into 2 double beds and an attached bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a futon in the living room. 2nd bathroom has privacy door to seclude it from the living room and is attached to the second bedroom. The unit is fully furnished with a screened in walk-out porch overlooking the pond and golf course. NO PETS - NO SMOKING - Condo Assoc. prohibits trailers and motorcycles.
