Our condo is all on one floor, and is 1800 sq ft, so it is expansive. Our condo is basically brand new, was built in 2006. EVERYTHING in it is brand new, including all the furniture, appliances, flat screen TVs (4 of them). In the living room, there is SURROUND SOUND with the 42" high def. flat screen TV.
There is a 37" high def flat screen in the master bedroom, a 32" high def flat screen in one of the guest bedrooms, and a 20" flat screen on the counter top in the kitchen. We have a screened-in porch, which is 200 sq ft, and has ceiling fans, and 2 sets of tables and chairs, with great view of the 6th green. The countertops in the kitchen are granite, with stone floors.
Also, all the bathrooms have stone floors, as well. Beautiful birch cabinets in the kitchen. The condo has kind of an island feel throughout, with a lot of the furniture and decor in beautiful pastel colors. The Peninsula is a guarded, gated luxury golf course community, which sits on the only Jack Nicklaus Signature course in Delaware. Was voted best course in Delaware, and The Peninsula development has been voted Delaware's Best Resort Community.
The Peninsula has won 50+ awards since its inception in 2004, including Southern Living Magazine naming it one of the 100 Best Communities in the South. Not just for golf vacation, great for families with all the pools, fishing, kayaking, giant wave pool with sandy beach, state of the art gym, sauna, fantastic restaurant (The Terrace Grille), VERY close to Dewey and Rehoboth beaches in DE, and Ocean City, MD, tennis courts, etc..

Why the Owner Chose Millsboro
We chose to buy a place at The Peninsula because the community and Jack Nicklaus golf course are stunningly beautiful The Peninsula sits on wetlands, and the developer maintained the integrity of the natural resources. Everywhere you see blue herons, eagles, osprey, etc.. in their natural habitat. We also came here, because the amenities are unreal ! Huge wave pool with sandy beach, indoor and outdoor pools, beautiful gym, sauna, restaurant, tiki bar, tennis courts, kayaking, fishing pier, private beach, water taxi to Rehoboth Beach, best golf course in Delaware
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I have already mentioned a lot of the unique benefits offered by this community. Our condo has wireless internet, and for watching TV, it doesn't get much better than our Verizon Fios service. Also, I want to point out that The Peninsula is a community, not just a stunning golf course. You have all the other incredible amenities I have mentioned, plus you are a water taxi ride, or a short drive away from all the beautiful beaches in the area

Our condo is owned by myself, Mark Reid, as well as my sister and brother in law, Andrea and Greg Masters. We all grew up in the Maryland, Virginia suburbs, and we have always traveled to Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, DE, and to Ocean City, MD over the years for vacations. As a result, we always wanted to have a vacation place near the beach, and The Peninsula sits right on The Indian River Bay, and is only 8 miles from Rehoboth Beach, DE, and very near Dewey and Ocean City. The Peninsula offers you a water taxi to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches.
