There are four fireplaces to warm you on those chillier nights. Lower level features a sauna, office space and a bar. This house has it all! There is a large side yard for kids or pets to run around. Grill out on the large deck as you watch the sunset over Lake Michigan. Take a bike ride on the trail across the street that goes from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs. A short 20 minute drive can lead you to any of the three larger Northern Michigan ski resorts. Shop at Bay Harbor, which is only a couple of miles North. Whatever your interests are, you have access to it all from this location!
