Year Purchased: 2008
We bought our new home at the beginning of 2008 and since then have furnished and painted every room. We have also landscaped the back patio which includes a water feature and an additional patio. We added security gates at the entrance to the front courtyard.
Why the Owner Chose Green Valley
We could not resist the spectacular unobstructed view of the Santa Rita Mountain range. The rear patio is very peaceful and a magical spot to watch the ever changing silhouette of the mountains. The home is only minutes away from GVR's newest Recreation Center with its indoor/outdoor pool and fitness facility.
