MASTER SUITE DESCRIPTION:
Awaiting you in the luxurious "Tommy Bahamas Style" mammoth master suite is a 'king-sized pillow-top mattress' with 600-count Egyptian cotton sheets. The enormous en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a private water closet, soaking tub, oversized tile shower, and separate granite topped vanities including sinks on opposite sides of room. This allows for total ease in "getting ready to go". Huge his and her walk-in closets add to the ease. Finally, relax in spacious sitting area with an armoire (32" TV)floor lamp and loveseat. The calming 'view overlooking lake' and field beyond from bed and adjacent sitting area complete this elegant suite and give you total privacy!
GUEST BEDROOM & BATH: Located at opposite end of home for complete privacy- is a large well furnished QUEEN guest bedroom with 12 ft Ceiling!(no unit above this room!) 2nd full bath is just a few short steps down the hallway. Why the Owner Chose River Hall
While vacationing the past few Decembers in Florida we fell in love with the Ft Myers area. The weather seems to be sunny and warm all winter. We decided to be one of the first homeowners in the development as soon as we heard of it so we would have our choice of units. We are so glad we did! Our prime unit is lovely, private and quiet yet the neighborhood has lots of life!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful brand new roomy coach home. The terrific, well maintained golf course was right across from our front door and the club house was within walking distance! Additionally it was just a short distance to tennis courts and the lovely amenity center which is exquisitely furnished! The people in the development are very friendly and extremely helpful! We'd highly recommend it to all. Great for peace and quiet but we thought we'd let you know it's right off Palm Beach Blvd(6 miles from I-75 exit) close to Fort Myers Beach and a short drive to Naples.

We rented this condo in January, 2012. We found the River Hall community to be very relaxing from the hustle and bustle of the Ft Myers area. We transferred the golf membership and enjoyed the full benefits of reciprical golf which are an incredible value to play and enjoy for the cost of the cart rental fee. Tee times are River Hall were easy to obtain and the staff was very accomodating. Home owners were very nice and accomodating. The condo is very spacious, well decorated and we did not need a thing other than our own clothes and golf clubs. We rode the bikes they provided thoughout the communities within River Hall and you can get quite a workout! The Town Hall community workout center has great equipment, weights and if you want - relaxing facials or massages. The sunsets were a delight to watch from the lanai and we never used the airconditioning - even when the temperature got around 85. The breezes thoughout the home with the windows on three sides of the condo provided a wonderful flow of fresh air which is always a plus. The only downside is that you will have to drive a good distance to get to some nicer dining locations. There is a wonderful farmers market right next to River Hall so we often dined in and ate on the lanai. The homeade avocado and salsa's were tough to beat. We'd highly recommend renting this location for your winter get away!

We stayed here in March of 2011 and enjoyed it immensely. The home is well equipped and furnished beautifully. The golf course is in very good shape and the people at the pro-shop were extremely helpful. We had no problem getting the T-times we wanted. We highly recommend this property. The weather was in the 80's everyday.

We rented the unit Feb 2011. It is as advertised and as pictured. Fully equipped kitchen, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning before golf. Comfortable golf course for all handicaps. Friendly residents. Recommend to friends. Owners were very accomodating.

Stayed in this unit March 2010 - it was everything we expected based on the photos and description. This is a main floor unit in a great location in the development - next to riding and walking paths (bikes were included), a short walk to the golf course and the Ashton Oaks pool. Residents here are a mixture of permanent, snow birds and renters - all very friendly - even were included in their Monday night pot luck get togethers. The unit is spacious, comfortable, quiet and well kept, with a nice view of the pond. The owners were very helpful and friendly. If you like golf this is a great spot. We became full members for our stay. We would highly recommend this unit to family and friends.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We (2 people) rented this unit for February and March 2009. It is a new, spacious, comfortably appointed coach home. It easily accommodates 4 and can handle 2 additional guests for a short period. The coach home has all the necessities and several extras, e.g. 3 TVs, 2 bikes, golf clubs, basketball and baseball equipment. This is a 1st floor unit and there was virtually no noise from upstairs or adjacent units. The coach home area of River Hall is building out and has a good mix of permanent residents, snow bird owners and snow bird renters. People are friendly and accept renters. The community pool is a short walk down the street. The overall community has an excellent fitness/community center and a first rate golf course. Since River Hall is in the building stage, access to golf, fitness, etc is readily available and not crowded. The owners were easy to deal with and very accommodating. Grocery stores and a wonderful farm market are nearby.

my wife & i spent the months of feb.march and april at this wonderful all equiped golf resort condo...we played 83 golf games between the two of us...a new course designed by DAVIS LOVE III for all handicapers...the conditions of the course are of top quality...the people from management on down to the ground attendants are very accomadating and pleasant.The condo is fully equipped and in extremely clean condition,the location is very quiet and away from all traffic and noise...ideal for all to enjoy a comfortable, peaceful vacation...the condo has too many amenities to describe in my review but you can take my word that every thing is complete and in comfort...the living there is excellent and the area well maintained. A wonderful place to spend the winter months away from the cold and snow that can be experienced in the northened parts of america.Just GO ahead and "DO IT "
