You’re going to love the kitchen’s luxurious granite countertops and elegant stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to make a simple sandwich or a gourmet meal is waiting for you, and you can eat at the counter, in the dining room, or at the picnic table on the screened-in back porch.
Relax with cable TV and DVD players in every bedroom and the living room, and stay in touch with high-speed wireless internet access. Or, if you’re so inclined, relax on one of your two front porches. Think about it.
And with King beds in two of the bedrooms, Queen beds in two of the others, two Twin beds rounding out the fifth bedroom, and ceiling fans in all, which bedroom is the best one? The one you’re in, of course.

Because you contacted me owner-direct, I happily eliminate all the "junk" fees normally charged by the large property management firms. Gone are all commissions, processing fees, and exorbitant housecleaning fees. YOUR INVESTMENT
No surprise fees! Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standardized among all of properties ($25/bedroom, $10/bathroom, $50/common area) and includes all towels and linens. (And all of it goes directly to the housekeepers!) A $45 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps.
To protect your investment, I also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. I highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.
