Our ground floor unit (1292 sq ft) has 2BR/2.5BA. All rooms have large flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD players. The bedding is as follows: master BR (king bed), guest BR (queen bed), bunk (twin) beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa bed. Both bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs and stand-up showers. There is also a half bathroom (sink/toilet) right next to the bunk bed area.
So a total of 8 people could sleep in our unit. Also, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the extras that you can think of, such as a coffee maker & coffee grinder, blender, cake mixers/pans, pizza roller/pans or even a pancake griddle, for all of those guests that like to stay home and cook their own dinner.

This is an amazing property especially if you have children or grandchildren ! Daily Activities are provided by the resort- some for a small fee-some (like movies by pool) Free!! Tim's condo is also a perfect place for families & comes exactly as described in his VRBO description! His check-in process could not be easier-bypasses front desk completely & keyless entry-Perfect!!! He is easy to work with & promptly answers all calls & communications! Would definitely rent from him again!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

If you are vacationing with kids or grandkids, this is THE place for you! The property amenities are fantastic-our kids could not get enough of the many water features. There is something for every age. My husband and I loved the conveniece of the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided for us. When you have small kids, it is so nice not to have to lug even more stuff to the beach! The condo was well appointed-kids loved the bunk beds-they felt like they had their own secret hideaway. Hubby and I enjoyed the peaceful, spacious balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and a Publix closeby. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

We just returned from a week stay in this unit. It was amazing. The facility is very kid friendly and very well maintained. The unit we stayed in had everything we needed and then some. It was really a nice vacation and we look forward to coming back again in the furture.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
