Montmartre-Elevator-Flooded with Light-Comfortable & Cosy 2BR
- Minimum stay:N/A
- Internet:Yes
- Pets allowed:No
- Wheel chair accessible:No
Flooded with light, this cosy 2 Bdr apt is perfectly adapted to a family or a couple for medium length stay. It sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. It is on the 3rd floor (US standard) of a nice stone and brick building with elevator.
Located 1 mn away from the trendy Abbesses district, a nice shopping area, where a fresh food market is located, it is in a quiet area, just away from the lively but tiring traffic. Rue Damremont is 2 mn from subway Blanche and 5 mn from subway Abbesses and one block from two bus lines (80 and 95).
The living room itself has 4 large windows. Light comes from 3 different directions. One of the windows offers the view on wonderful sunsets. The living room is divided in 2 areas, a lounge with a nice art deco type sofa and a dining area with a round wooden table that seats 6. Decoration is warm and has a personal touch. The owner has framed herself most of the painting or photograph hanged on the walls. An ancient golden frame mirror brings a touch of glamour.
The master bedroom is decorated with taste. The double bed is queensize. A large wardrobe is there to store clothes. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 in single beds and 2 in convertible sofa beds. It is particularly well adapted to children.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dish washer, microwave…) and has a large window. Bathroom is large. It offers a bath with shower.
As a bonus, phone calls to land lines in France, and to US, Canada and Australia are generally free. It is also true for more than 50 countries. Moreover, calls to cell phones to specific countries (often US & Canada) may also be free. Ask us for details as it may vary with time and policies of operators.
This location is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming and restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums.
Last point, we are staying 1 block away. We are here if you need help.

My wife and I stayed in Beau Paris for 5 nights in April/May, 2013. The unit was just right for us, well equipped, helpful items in the cupboards, good wi fi. We didn't need the 2nd bedroom, the apartment would be fine for two couples or one couple with children. The area was also what we were looking for in Paris. Good restaurants, outstanding fruit & vegetable stores, boulangeries (fresh bread or croissants in the morning are a great French custom), markets, etc.all nearby. A relaxing spot.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Dear JNoel, Just wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time in Paris and the apartment made it that much more enjoyable. The apartment is roomy, there was plenty of space for the four of us and as seasoned travelers I can say that the beds are among the most comfortable in a private rental setting we've ever had. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything we needed was right at hand. The apartment was quiet and the building secure. It was also nice to have an elevator for when we had shopping and luggage. We love the Montmartre neighborhood and the apartment is close to the local shops and transportation to get to downtown Paris and the sights. There's a quite nice little neighborhood shop across the corner that is open late and has everything you need in the way of everyday supplies, like fruit, milk, wine, butter, paper goods etc. And one block away is a fine boulangerie for your daily bread. Nearby Rue Lepic has great meat, fish and cheese shops.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great 2 bedroom in Montmartre. For our family of 4 a perfect place to visit Paris from. Very near Rue des Abbesses and Rue Lepic for all the shops, and either Abbesses or Blanche metro stops or the bus (outside the door). The listing and description was very accurate. It is the second time we have stayed in an apartment from InBeauParis and find them accurate and trustworthy. The building was in nice shape, and an elevator which we used only on arrival to get our luggage upstairs. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor US). The apartment was very quiet - even though we had many windows that faced two different streets. When we did open the windows, we could hear traffic and people noise, but it was not bad. The furnishings were in very good shape, and very comfortable. The apartment was very clean, and well furnished with books. There were chairs for 6 at the dining room table, and plenty more space in the living room. To me the apartment was large for Paris. There were two true separate bedrooms. A large master bedroom with a queen size bed, which was very comfortable. Another smaller bedroom had two twin beds - one pulled out from below the other. The couch was a pull out bed, but we did not use it, There was one bathroom - spacious and comfortable, with a bathtub fitted with a shower (you could have a bath or shower), a toilet, and a bidet. The sink was large and had space to store toiletries on. The bathroom also had a washing machine, but not a drier. There was a pullout drying rack in the bathtub. The only drawback of the bath was a high step to get in or out of the tub - which was not a problem for us but could be if someone has mobility issues. Kitchen Very usable kitchen - somewhat small. It had a stove top with 4 burners, a separate over, a microwave, sink, refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher. The space was tight for more than one person cooking or cleaning at a time, but you could cook what you needed. We just cooked simple things (eggs, pasta). There were plenty of pots and pans. Wifi was perfect. We loved walking around Montmartre area. Wandering up to the Sacre Cour at night, and looking down at the Paris lights is magical. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! I would recommend it to anyone, especially families.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed in this apartment for a month and were very happy with it. It was quiet and cozy, in a safe neighborhood, conveniently close to great bakeries, grocers, restaurants and public transportation. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the book shelves: lots of guidebooks and novels (in French and English), plus a nice selection of music and DVDs. The beds were great, perfect for a family of four, but be aware that the pull-out couch is small. Still, it was great to have the ability to sleep a couple of extra guests for a couple of nights. The agency was totally helpful. All in all, we felt very fortunate to be based here for our Paris vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed the apartment! It is spacious, tastefully decorated, the views out the windows are divine, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is lovely as is the kitchen, and also it is relatively quiet, which i'm gathering in Paris is a bit of a rarity! But i don't want to say too many nice things about it, or it will be booked out forever. Thanks for all your help, and i'll be coming back next time i am in Paris, warm regards, Louise O'Dwyer AustraliaRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
