Casa Nausicaa is a nice and comfortable apartment in Sorrento center (96 sq. mt./1033 sq. feet) with 2 terraces 15 sq. mt each, in a beautiful elegant green Condo complex with communal swimming pool, located 400m from the Sorrento Train station and Sorrento main square.
The flat is really bright and noiseless and it has 2 independent bedrooms, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160 cm wide) for one or two people more, all with sea view, 2 bathrooms one whit bath, and the other with shower box, a full equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, microwave),
The two terraces with panoramic view on the pool and the Naples bay, are equipped with outside furniture. The apartment is located at floor #3 , the fourth floor building has got elevator, and the perfected gated condo has own Key holder.
The flat has functional good style new furniture, and is perfectly located also for those people haven't got a car, but are looking for a quite area. Short walking to the shops, restaurants, public transportation, and beaches.
The Pool is open from beginning of June to the end of September from 09.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 21.00. If needed parking available nearby ( extra price).
Rental rules:
Rentals are inclusive of maid service once a week.
Price includes final cleaning, linen and towels, gas and electricity.
Heating if needed to be paid upon consumption, price euro 2,50 per hour.
No others fees or taxes.
Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement. Security deposit: Euro 200,00 (paid locally by cash) at the time of arrival.

We stayed at Casa Nausicaa at the beginning of October for a week. The apartment is great, very comfortable - what a view, the balconies are perfect for that afternoon wine... A reasonable and direct walk to the centre of Sorrento and the train station. The icing on the cake is Vittorio, from restaurant recommendations, spots we must see, transport organisation and interpreting services - HE IS AMAZING - STAY THERE. We will come back

Nous sommes 4 personnes de Montréal, Québec, Canada, qui avons séjourné pour 2 semaines à la Casa Nausicaa en octobre 2010, à Sorrento. Nous avons trouvé le condo parfait, avec ses 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain et 2 balcons (très propre), nous étions très à l'aise, cuisine très bien équipée, avec un lave-linge très pratique. Le condo est situé dans un quartier tranquille, avec vue sur la mer, c'est magnifique. De plus, il est situé à 10 minutes à pied du train ou autobus et à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville, c'était parfait pour visiter les alentours. Bruno a été un très bon informateur pour nous aider dans nos visites et était très serviable, excellent service de sa part. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location à Sorrento. We were four people from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, who stayed in Casa Nausicaa, Sorrento, for two weeks in October 2010. We found the condo absolutely perfect, with its 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies (very clean), we were very confortable, with full equiped kitchen and very usefull washer. We enjoyed its location very quiet and near everything, from bus and train station within 10 minutes walking and downtown Sorrento within 15 minutes walking. The vue on the sea was fabulous. Bruno was very helpful to guide us on our visits and always available to answer our questions. We stronghly recommand this location. Merci, Thank you Bruno.

"The appartment turned out to be just as it had been described and we found it clean, comfortable and the views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius were superb. The pool was large enough and well maintained (particularly enjoyed by our 2 teenage daughters) - we rarely had to share it with many other residents. We were surrounded by Italian families which added to the atmosphere. Bruno was extremely friendly and helpful even though we never really had any problems to sort out. He recommended restaurants (da Emilia & La Terrazza particularly good). Sorrento is a charming place, though extremely busy in August (watch out for the Vespas coming at you from all angles !). A good base for exploring the Bay - Capri (the Jet Set), Pompei (loads of ruins) & Napoli (the best pizza in the world) are all worth the trip. The holiday was all that we had hoped for. You should enjoy it as much as we did. "
