Litchfield is a very nice, quiet family beach. Everything close by - excellent restaurants, unique shopping, beautiful golf courses right here in Litchfield/Pawley's Island.

Rentals run Saturday-Saturday with check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am. An optional linen package can be included for an additional fee, which includes sheets for all beds and 2 towels, 1 hand towel & 1 washcloth for each bath.

$1900 to $4500/week, depending on season
Monthly rentals available from Oct-Mar.
50% deposit required to reserve.  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
$250 REFUNDABLE security deposit required at time of reservation.
Security deposit will be refunded after departure inspection; assuming no damages.
Rates include sales tax & departure maid service.
Linen package available for extra fee.
