Sitting along a sandy lane, with only native vegetation between you and the beach, is "Texasville II'", a private family beach house that is perfect for your vacation escape. Designed all on one level with tile floors and a ramp from the large, screened porch into the house, this handicap friendly home may be the answer for elderly guests or someone with special needs. (Bathroom doorways will not accommodate a wheelchair.) An open great room includes the living, dining and kitchen areas and allows everyone to be together. The spacious master suite at the opposite end of the house features a King bed and a private, adjoining bath. Two centrally located guest rooms feature a Queen bed in one and two Twin beds in the other and share a large hall bathroom. TV/DVDs or VCRs are found in the living area and the Twin bedroom. Cable TV, Cable Telephone and Wi-Fi Internet provided. Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer provides entry to house from outside - great when returning from the beach. Just a short - 75 yards - to direct beach access. Fenced back yard is great for the kids to play or to keep your dog. Pet friendly - fee required. Close to Rosemary Beach and only 15 minutes to Pier Park - a new complex of shops, restaurants, activities and a multi-screen theatre. Parking for 3 cars. Saturday to Saturday rental.
