Our SINGLE level, 960 sq. ft. LARGE 3 bedroom, 1 bath Condo is located in Duck Creek Village, well known as the "Heart of Color Country". It is nestled in a pine tree hillside and is easily accessed off of the scenic highway. You access this condo in the back, bringing you right to your front door. You'll have no long walks, elevators or flights of stairs when unloading your personal belongings for your vacation stay.

Our 960 sq. ft. spacious Condo is centrally located between Zion, Bryce and Cedar Breaks National Parks. Enjoy the amazing scenery and famous hiking trails. Navajo Lake, Aspen Mirror Lake and Panguitch Lake are within minutes of the Condo along with several excellent fly-fishing streams/rivers. There are over 500 miles of ATV trails. During the winter there is great snow for snowmobiling and sledding, and at Brian Head Summer and Ski resort you can take in GREAT skiing or snowboarding. During the summer, enjoy the beautiful wild flowers and wildlife. You are sure to see Deer and Turkey abound! Horseback riding is also available in the village.

This cozy and very clean Condo is furnished with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. There is satellite TV/DVD and WiFi for your convenience. There are 2 Queen beds (1 in bedroom 1 and 1 in bedroom 2). There is a futon in bedroom 3 that converts to a full size bed. Both bedrooms 1, 2 and living room have ceiling fans to assure you the comfort you deserve. For sure, this is a GREAT home base for your Southern Utah vacation. It is easy access to just about anything you enjoy in the mountains. Visiting the National Parks, taking in a fishing day, ATV or Horseback riding, a day at the Sand Dunes, hiking or just a simple picnic are just minutes away. You can access ATV/Snowmobile trails right from the Condo.

We just added a FIRE PIT! You can enjoy roasting hotdogs, marshmalloooows or the kids new favorite (STARBURST CANDY)!!! The roasted marshmallows make the BEST roasted dessert, S'Mores!!!! (graham cracker, chocolate, roasted marshmallows). Just put the chocolate and roasted marshmallow between the graham cracker and it makes a great sandwich dessert. MM.. Goooood! You'll never forget it!

There are 3 of these cozy condo's. PERFECT for friends or families vacationing together.

Directly across the street is Duck Creek Village. It's a fun happening little village. There's Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Icecream Shop, Gift Shops and a Convenient Store/Gas Station. There are snowmobiles and 4-wheelers available for rent as well. It's all conveniently located within walking distance from our Condo. For a 1 stop shop, down the road 10 miles is Tod's Country Store. They have fuel, groceries, coffee, gifts, liquor, beer, ice, soft serve icecream and a self serve grill to grill your hamburger or steak sandwich to YOUR perfection. This is a great place to visit on your way to the parks! On Saturday mornings during the Summer months in Tod's Country Stores' parking lot, there is a great Farmers Market and Fattys Barbeque.

Fall Season...... the gorgeous color change of the leaves is a sure thing to talk about! Also, don't miss the opportunity of playing in Utah's snow, well known as "The Greatest Snow on Earth". Holidays fill up quick, so don't hesitate. Reserve your nights for that special family vacation in Utah's "Winter Wonderland".

There is an international airport in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. Cedar City has a regional airport as well. Las Vegas and Salt Lake are both linked with Interstate 15 which has an exit to Cedar City. It's just a short 30 min. on a beautiful scenic drive up the mountain on Hwy 14 to Duck Creek Village.

Couldn't have been better! A cozy feeling from the moment we entered. My husband and 4 children stayed here for 2 nights. Roomy, quiet, and very comfortable. Beautiful scenery and surroundings! Definately will be staying there again!

Very nice and cozy place. Comfortably located from lots of attractions. Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. All in all a very nice stay, certainly would like to come back and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Amanda, we really enjoyed the condo! The national & state parks in the area are fabulous- great location. A bonus is the aspen & oak beginning spectacular fall colors! We appreciate the laundry facilities, great kitchen, charcoal grill, and inside/ outside fire options. Great stay & we hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo AKA "mountain cabin" ( LARGE) While we were here we visited the truly spectacular national parks- Zion & Bryce. The vistas in both places are at times breathtaking.

This condo was a great value and a pivotal location for the day trips to Zion , Bryce & the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We recommend the scenic highways ( HWY 14 & 12) and 148 & 143 to Parowan & Panguitch. Take the easy hike to Alpine pond after traveling to Brianhead and Cedar Breaks. Instead of the quicker freeway route to Zion NP, take 14 to 89 to 9 and enter the park from the East. Lots to do in this mountain hideaway of Duck Creek and this comfortable and well appointed condo.

Great cozy place to call home after busy days touring Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim. Clean and comfortable with everything needed. We even had a fire one night! We would definitely return and recommend to our friends.

The perfect home away from home. We went to Zion, Bryce, Escalante, and Cedar Breaks. We also went to the Duck Creek Days Festival. Great family time hiking and enjoying the beautiful sites. Great ice cream place across the street! They also make a great sandwich at 9PM on a Monday night when everything around is closed.

So glad that we chose this condo. It was centrally located between Zion and Bryce. We almost stayed in Kanab but, glad we ended up here as it is so peaceful and serene. The condo had all the items that we needed to whip up breakfast and dinner. We would definitely recommend to others. Thanks for a memorable start to our vacation.
