The house is located only minutes from Arapahoe, Keystone, Breckenridge, Loveland, Copper Mountain ski areas and the towns of Silverthorne and Frisco and only 30 minutes from Vail. The house is located off the shores of one of Colorado's largest and most beautiful lakes with a fullly equipped marina a short walk from the property. There is a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen that includes two ovens and everything needed for family cooking.
The huge, rock fireplaces are wonderful, gathering place after a fun day on the water, hiking, or skiing.
