We are Gerard and Maria Moore from Dublin Ireland, We love traveling around the states and especially Florida with it's beautiful beaches and amazing wildlife. We decided on Orlando when we had the opportunity to buy a vacation home for ourselves, and have our families and friends over to enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer, as well as taking in the rest of the state of Florida when we hit the road and go touring.

Simple, location, location, location. Sandy Ridge is a very quiet subdivision built around a nature conservation area, we are only 10 min from Disney and 5 min from the I-4 freeway. Sandy Ridge featured on the UK TV show "I want that house" and was described as the most sought after area to buy property in the Disney and Kissimmee area's. Excellent amenities and shopping close by, 15 min from the main outlet designer mall Prime.
