Visit our beautiful home at the Verandah where pastimes wait for you just outside the door. Our enchanted 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with private enclosed pool and spa is the perfect get away destination for families of all ages.
This home contains a spacious fully-equipped kitchen with table that seats 8. The screen enclosed lanai has a a gas barbecue grill with patio table. Surround sound makes this area a wonderful place to relax while reading a book or take a dip in the pool/spa. The 12 ft high ceilings in the living room make the room very inviting to relax in after a day of golf. The entertainment center contains surround sound, 42" flat screen TV and many other electronic features.
The spacious master suite contains a king-sized pillow top bed with spacious walk in closet. Master bathroom consists of soaking tub, over-sized tiled shower, his and her vanities and separate room for toilet. The beautifully decorated home also has guest suite with queen-sized bed and private bath; third bedroom with queen-sized bed and easy access to a full bath. A pull-out couch is also located in the family room with comfortable sleeping for two.
The Verandahs welcoming environment creates a true sense of community. This gated golf community has a 24-hour security system. It contains (2) 18-hole golf courses... one of which was designed by Jack Nicklaus containing new challenge features compact greens that inspire every golfer to play like a champion.
The development contains nine miles of nature preserves and fitness trails that are great for biking, running or walking. The tennis and fitness center includes five Har-Tru tennis courts, swimming pool and state of the art work-out equiptment and aerobics room. The River House Restaurant and Lounge is open daily specializing in authentic food. Blossoms Boat House offers a casual atmosphere where you can make yourself at home. Enjoy an afternoon canoe or kayak down the Orange River where manatee are likely to be spotted. Canoes and kayaks are available for rent at the fitness center.
