This is a very private 2 BR stilt home with heated swimming pool, numerous updates, and all new appliances. It is fully furnished and has very bright and airy feeling. A great room layout with a bedroom on either end. The great room opens to a full length enclosed porch/patio area with sliding glass doors with screens which then open up to a full length deck. Each bedroom has its own deck as well. There is a generator for power back up and the house has a new roof and new master bath and shower. This home has been in our family for many years and is completely ready to go. Fully tiled. No Carpet. New Mitsubishi air conditioning and heat pumps with room to room remote control. No duct work, no mold. Our father was a master cook and there are many cooking supplies. The property is at the end of a quiet street and is a well manicured, fully landscaped, double sized, open water lot, with numerous palm and fruit trees, including Mango and Key Lime trees, and several rare palms.
We wish to rent this house beginning November 1st with a 4 month minimum and preferably the whole 6 month winter season. We will gladly extend any six month rental for enough time to satisfy residency requirements. This house has been completely updated in the last year and a half.
