The re are two bedrooms and two baths all on one level. The master bedroom suite is spacious with a king-size bed. The attaching master bath includes double sinks and a separate, personal, vanity space with a private, wardrobe area. Twin beds compliment the s econd bedroom if extra, overnight accommodations are needed. The living areas include a living room, family, and dining room that are furnished with tasteful, modern, southwest d?r. Furniture is provided for a large, Arizona patio to enjoy the warm weathe r and barbecue.
Two, convenient, personal, carport, parking spaces are included.

Our townhouse is located in the center of Scottsdale, close to Old Town and adjacent to our private fishing lake, a park that includes walking tra ils, picnicking, and most outdoor sports activities. The location is a golfer's paradise with over 50 courses to choose from, some just minutes away. Professional and college baseball stadiums are nearby for the sports enthusiast. Shopping offers a wide r ange from gift shops, to galleries, boutiques, the Fashion Mall, and Old Town. Dine in some of the finest American, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, or Japanese restaurants Scottsdale has to offer.
Day trips to old mines, western towns, the mountains, and beautiful, desert sunsets all make our townhouse a magical place with resort-style living at its finest.
