$1000 Damage/Reservation deposit due within (2) days of booking.
Deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.
50% of rental rate is due 30 days before arrival, bal. due 14 days prior to stay.
30 day notice required for all cancellations. Cancellation fees May apply.
If booked for a month or more a 60 day cancellation notice is required.
A $350 weekly maid service is required in addition to daily rate on 7 day stays.
