The unit is a completely remodeled top floor corner unit with fabulous views of the Ocean, Beach and Mountain. This is the best unit in the complex, it is closest to the beach, has the best view, the parking stall is closest to the elevator.

owners-Jay and Judy likness, Jay and Judy have a cabinet shop and construction company in the Seattle area. We like to share with guests who love Maui as we do. Most of our Guests come back year after year.
Why the Owner Chose Kihei Akahi
Both of us love the Ocean and warm weather. We first came to the Kihei Akahi in 1988 with other family that owned a place there. We enjoyed it so much we have been coming back year after year. When C-602 became available we felt it was the chance of a lifetime, not only are the 2 bedroom 2 baths rare, we believe ours is the best location in the complex! We can check out beach conditions from the lani, whale watch , and every night see a spectacular sunset from our own unit!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Everything is near by, we usually have a jog or walk in the morning on the beach. There is good snorkeling right in front as well an excellent sandy beach that goes for miles! We often walk the beach all the way to the Resort hotels Grand Wialea, 4 seasons , Marriot, and occasionally stop in at one of the hotel restaurants for a drink or food. We are also avid Tennis players and we play almost daily at the complex.

We would highly recommend staying in this unit. It is very well equipped, spacious, clean and bright. It definitely feels like a home away from home!! The lanai offered fabulous views of Kamaole II Beach and since we had a baby with us we were able to especially enjoy this lanai to whale watch and take in the breathtaking views. The kitchen was a dream . . . fully equipped with everything one could imagine!! The owners, Jay and Judy were very responsive upon booking and we truly appreciate them sharing their home in paradise with us. We are sure you won't be disappointed if you stay in this unit.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

Condo was very clean and very well stocked - everything you need as boogie boards, umbrellas, mats, plenty of towels. The unit is on the sixth floor with an ocean/beach view, nice breeze, no need for noisy a/c. Close proximity to all that you could visit on foot in Kihei .... across the street from Kamaole II - next door to Fred's for great sunsets and margaritas and the kids said the fish tacos were great. Two swimming pools. The kitchen was well stocked. Spices, condiments, coffee filters, rice, oil, on and on. Don't go to Costco until you have visited the condo first. Stainless steel appliances (toaster, coffee maker, oster blender, nice cutlery, pots and pans w/lids, large electric skillet, plenty of tupperware, mixing bowls, flatware, plates, cups, glasses and cleaning supplies - they even provide clothes and ish soap) and beautiful new cabinets that are well organized. Ice maker actually worked excellent and the ice was good. you save alot of money there. cable tv. the only thing to decide is the pool or the beach. Mahalo Dave & Janice
