You will enjoy the open floor plan and half bath that is conveniently located off the kitchen area. All the comforts of home are found in the fully equipped large kitchen, breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, and large dining room table with 2 armchairs and 4 dining chairs. Entertain and enjoy refreshment from the wet bar in the living area. A large sofa and loveseat are comfortably placed to enjoy the TV/entertainment area or view to the canal and back patio through the sliding glass doors. A full size washer and dryer is located upstairs in the hallway conveneint to the bedrooms and baths. Located on the canal, this townhome also offers a short walk or bicycle ride to the Clubhouse, swimming pool, deck and lounge chairs right on the Gulf of Mexico.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security, conveniently located to many popular shops, restaurants and entertainment. Located only 5 miles from the new Pier Park Shopping and Entertainment District.
