Spectacular Ocean, Coastline and Golf Course Views. It's little wonder why our condominium evokes the warmth of a timeless tradition of Aloha. Stepping inside to find the extensive use of granite and limestone, a retractable wall of glass leading onto the private Lanai, the well-appointed luxurious accommodations in the kitchen and bathroom(s) all contributed to our love of the property and the purchase of our home at the Wai ula ula.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Since our Lanai rests on the 11th hole of the Golf Course, the boys have an extra fun time 'teeing off' from the Lanai 'after hours'. Our views and privacy are amazing and sets our home apart from other units in our area. A close and easy walk to the Amenity Center makes workouts and pool time extra enjoyable. One can easily access the free shuttle service to and from the Hapuna and/or the Mauna Kea.
We rest on the 11th Hole of the Hapuna Golf Course. Amaing views of Coastline, Golf Course and Harbor.

We had the most spectacular trip to the condo! It is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view! We loved the book the owners has put together that has all the islands beaches, trips, etc for you to explore! A lot of work was put into it! Thank you again - we loved it!

Your condo was exactly what we were looking for for our family of 4! The decor was top notch and we really felt like we were staying at a 5-star hotel. Plenty of towels for everyone to go around and the extra large washer/dryer made cleaning up very easy. I loved cooking in both the indoor and outdoor kitchens with its top of the line appliances. Your kitchen was also stocked well with the basic seasonings and oils. Thanks for making them available to guests. Also, we took advantage of access to both resorts and used the fitness centers and beaches daily. We regularly referred to all the resource materials you had handy too as we planned our trips around the island. The Frommer's Portable guide was invaluable and we carried it with us. What a memorable time for us. Thank you again.

Molly...your place is just heaven! Our family thoroughly enjoy every single minute! We fell in love with this island and your condo, and did get the exact rest and relaxation we all needed. The accomodations were first class and we felt so lucky to be there! I can't express how beautiful your condo is and how gorgeous you decorated! Now when I close my eyes and go to my "happy place", I envision the view out of the Lanai....absolutely gorgeous! Every other day we did an outing that covered snorkeling, atv's, volcano viewing and we even went to the top of Mauna Kea....the other days we were at the beach just doing nothing but having fun. The property amenities were over the top! I got to say, the pictures don't do the condo justice. It was so much more roomier than the pictures show, and the furnishings were beyond our expectations. I would recommend your condo without hesitation!! I pray that one day we can return!

My family stayed here in early April 2011, and we couldn't have had a better time. Great views, great accommodations, and with the amenities at the Mauna Kea and the Hapuna Prince, it can't be beat! The home is very nicely appointed -- top of the line in every regard. Our kids loved finishing the day in the swimming pool at the Amenity Center. Great location for trips to Hilo and/or the Volcano Park, but still only a 30-40 minute drive to Kona. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again.

We just returned from a week-long stay at this spectacular home and absolutely LOVED it! We had the most amazing vacation and would highly recommend this beautiful home to everyone...it is perfect in every way. The decor is designer-lovely, spacious and tastefully done. The views from nearly every room are breathtaking. We especially appreciated being able to use the faciliies/beach at the Mauna Kea...gorgeous beach/pool, tennis courts, golfing and walking trails. There is also a great work out facility close to the home. This home is a rare find! Enjoy...we sure did!

We loved the ocean breezes that come through the retractable wall, the beautiful decor, the cheery atmosphere. The layout of the condo couldn't be better - each room is separate and does not share a wall. It is quiet and relaxing. The amenities at the Mauna Kae couldn't be more upscale. Loved the tennis courts and the Fredricos at the beach. You will not be disappointed with this rental. The owners were easy to work with and reliable.

This condo went beyond my expectations!!! The photos do not do it justice the gourmet kitchen, beautiful furnishings and gorgeous views were unbelievable. We have been to Hawaii many times and this is by far the most amazing place we have stayed. The Mauna Kea beach is beautiful and the passes to use the Mauna Kea hotel amenities made this a luxury vacation. I would highly recommend renting this unit, it is a great deal!!!! We will be back!!!!

Words cannot express the beauty and lovliness of the condo and our stay in Hawaii. Everything was wonderful. Although we planned on dining out often while on vacation, we loved the indoor (and outdoor) kitchen(s) with breathtaking views of the ocean and harbor. We even caught a show of the whales whom entertained us in the distance. The condo felt like home and our friends who accompanied us on the trip felt the same. Perfect in every way, we can't wait to return. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. A dream come true!
