  It was a great trip and I would love to go back. The house was beautiful and exquisite. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, the activities were also unbelievable. Cant wait to go back.

  This was our second visit to Casa Bella Vista. The house is beautiful, and well maintained. Large rooms, great kitchen, comfortable outdoor living area and pool overlooking the golf course. We spent a week here with friends and family. The house manager, Nella, is a real gem. She helped arrange outings for a snorkeling / sunset catamaran cruise, a really fun day zip lining (Pura Adventure) and dinners at a wonderful resturant in Playa Negra. The beaches at Hacienda Pinilla are large, clean and uncrowded. The Beach Club is a great place to have a drink and enjoy the sunset. The 6 person golf cart made getting around the Hacienda easy. We enjoyed a nice mix of relaxation and activities. Casa Bella Vista has provided us with wonderful memories.

  This was a trip with 4 couples staying at the villa and Bryant was right, the villa was awesome and plenty large enough for the 4 couples. We could not have imagined a more wonderful home to stay in and the beautiful view off the patio, of the pool and the 2nd green on the golf course, it doesn't get much better than this. We all had a wonderful time and Costa Rica is beautiful. The waves at the beach were tremendous and the sunset cruise on the catamaran was spectacular. Nella and the staff at the villa were all great and very helpful. This was the most relaxing vacation that we have ever had and I wish we could have stayed for weeks. Thanks again Bryant for everything, and we hope to visit again soon.

  Our family had our best vacation ever at Casa Bella Vista and Hacienda Pinilla in Nov/Dec 2012. Being from Alaska we are always looking for a warm climate for a winter break, and have gone to Hawaii, Mexico, So. California and Florida numerous times. This was our first time in Costa Rica and is the place to go for sunshine and beaches. Casa Bella Vista was wonderful. The home is large, well furnished and absolutely beautiful. The four large bedrooms easily accomodated the six adults and two children in our family group. The outdoor areas and the pool are outstanding. The location was picture perfect. We visited the Beach Club several times during our ten day stay. The facility has a large infinity pool and a great beach. We also enjoyed another huge beach accessible from the Hacienda - Playa Langosta - absolutely gorgeous. Nella, the Casa Bella Vista Manager, was incredibly helpful. She welcomed us at the house on our arrival and helped us get settled in. We took advantage of the shopping service and Nella had everything stocked for our large group. Nella also made reservations for our fishing trip, horseback riding, mountain biking and zip line canopy tour. She also gave us many tips and called routinely to see if she could assist in any way. Outstanding service. We also loved the grounds of the Hacienda Pinilla and the friendly and caring security guards at the front gate. We especially enjoyed talking with Francisco. Bryant - thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning to wonderful Costa Rica and Casa Bella Vista at Hacienda Pinilla

  What a fabulous property. My girlfriend and I spent two weeks in December at Casa Bella Vista and were blown away by the experience. A professional, seamless process from booking to arrival and exit. The attention to detail payed by Bryant in his design, construction and furnishing of this house is amazing. No stone was left unturned. Bella, our concierge, was very friendly and helpful with any needs or questions that we had. Osvaldo, the caretaker, kept the grounds and pool immaculate while being virtually invisible. I would come back in a heartbeat and recommend this property to anyone. Thank you, Bryant for the vacation of a lifetime.

  My family and I stayed here for one week this past November and we were absolutely thrilled with the place. It is a gorgeous and extremely comfortable home - perfect for an adult group or a family. The owner and his concierge Nella were immediately responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. They really go the extra mile to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable stay. I will definitely stay here again (if it's available) when we return to the area.

  We had a blast during our vacation. We arrive late and everything was ready. and well-maintained. The house is perfect with open spaces and a great pool. We visited the beachclub that is only 3 min away. Our kids had a blast there as well. I will certainly recommend this vaction home to my family and friends. Our family is already planning our next visit!

  We just returned from our two week stay at Casa Bella Vista in Costa Rica. The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for families. We especially enjoyed the pool at the house and fully furnished kitchen for family dinners. Nella was incredibly helpful in planning our activities including golf, canopy tours, sport fishing, surfing spots, dinner reservations, arranging a personal chef and directions to all of the beaches. The house provides the perfect balance of having the privacy of your own home while allowing access to numerous resort activities. We highly recommend renting the golf cart. Thank you for your help in making our vacation perfect. We will be back soon.

  This house was so much more than I ever could have imagined. I didn't feel like I was staying in just another rental property in a foreign country, I really felt like I was home! From the fully functional kitchen with some pretty outstanding appliances to the pool right off the golf course, the house never stopped feeling like a dream. I loved how secluded it felt even though the golf course is right there. If you get lucky you may even see some monkey in the trees by the course and there are some friendly iguanas that come by and visit. The beach club that is a short trip from the house is amazing, if you're looking for the taste of home definitely get their burger and fries and for the cocktail you have to try their banana bunji! If you're in the mood for a little walk on the beach there is a restaurant tucked up off the beach a little ways down from the beach club called Lola's. I have never had better fish and chips in my life! Lola's is definitely a high light and is a must go to. I would recommend Casa Bella Vista to anyone who is looking to travel to Costa Rica. It's where I want to stay every time that I am able to return!

  This house is a home away from home. It has all the amenities you could ask for while on vacation plus some. If you are into eating in there is an oven, stove, microwave and even a BBQ Grill. No worries about the dishes it comes with a dishwaher too. Staying for a bit or have young ones - there is also a washer and dryer. The patio and pool are comfortable and accomodates everyone plus some. I would highly recommend renting the golf cart and visit the entire complex. The beaches are easily accessible. Even though it is on the golf course you still have your privacy. The house accomodates four couples easily without feeling crowded. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend you try this house for your visit to Costa Rica.
