This house is a home away from home. It has all the amenities you could ask for while on vacation plus some. If you are into eating in there is an oven, stove, microwave and even a BBQ Grill. No worries about the dishes it comes with a dishwaher too. Staying for a bit or have young ones - there is also a washer and dryer. The patio and pool are comfortable and accomodates everyone plus some. I would highly recommend renting the golf cart and visit the entire complex. The beaches are easily accessible. Even though it is on the golf course you still have your privacy. The house accomodates four couples easily without feeling crowded. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend you try this house for your visit to Costa Rica.

Abusolutely stunning house. It fit our family of 5 more than well. We could have easily had another family and still felt like we had room to spread out. Cannot get over the fabulous floor plan. Hacienda Pinilla is a wonderful resort with great amenities. The beach club was great, horseback riding with my girls was fabulous, golf for my son and husband was very memorable. We opted for this great house so that we could have private access to our own pool without having to trek anywhere. It worked out perfectly. The decor and floor plan were so smart and beautiful. I don't think there was anything I could think of that was missing from the kitchen, laundry, pool, etc. My children are 16, 13, and 10. The oldest a boy and then two girls. We all enjoyed every minute. The location of the house made it easy to do everything we wanted. Kattamaran and scuba, zip lining, horseback riding eco tour, beaches, golf, swimming, exploring. My kids loved the nature around us. The bazillion crabs on the beach, iguanas everywhere, monkeys in the trees, and even cows drinking from the pool (very funny). Langosta beach (on the property) is a must see beach. So beautiful. This is where my horseback riding trip eneded with my girls and our mouths just dropped when we saw it. We took the boys back the next day for a family Christmas photo. Food and cocktails at the beach club were great, although cocktails anywhere are great. The pool was perfect for a change of scenery. Okay so then we end with Nella. She is awesome. Call her for anything and she will set it up for you and let you know if there may even be something better to do or see. She helped us find a great grocery store, book adventures, and was helpful with everything we had questions about. We spent time in Tamarindo, Avellanas where we discovered Lola's per Nella, Rincon de la Vieja, Coco Beach, Langosta Beach, and a few other towns I can't recall. If we would have discovered Lola's earlier, I don't think we would have ever left that spot. We rented a car while we were there, but truly not necessary. Most tours picked you up and the golf carts allowed for access to anywhere on the resort property. Bryant, thank you so much for renting us your beautiful home. We created great memories there. We would recommend this home to everyone. Proximity, decor, size, amenities, service, it was all there. Gracias and Pura Vida!

This house was so much more than I ever could have imagined. I didn't feel like I was staying in just another rental property in a foreign country, I really felt like I was home! From the fully functional kitchen with some pretty outstanding appliances to the pool right off the golf course, the house never stopped feeling like a dream. I loved how secluded it felt even though the golf course is right there. If you get lucky you may even see some monkey in the trees by the course and there are some friendly iguanas that come by and visit. The beach club that is a short trip from the house is amazing, if you're looking for the taste of home definitely get their burger and fries and for the cocktail you have to try their banana bunji! If you're in the mood for a little walk on the beach there is a restaurant tucked up off the beach a little ways down from the beach club called Lola's. I have never had better fish and chips in my life! Lola's is definitely a high light and is a must go to. I would recommend Casa Bella Vista to anyone who is looking to travel to Costa Rica. It's where I want to stay every time that I am able to return!

Thank you for the most amazing vacation our family has ever had. We could not have dreamed up a more beautiful setting. From the house to the beaches – everything was perfection! We will be telling family stories for years to come about days spent at the beach club, golfing, fishing with Captain Randy, the ATV & Zip Line tour, and the grand finale . . . a birthday dinner for our mothers prepared by Chef Jean-Luc. Each experience was more incredible than the next! A special thanks goes out to Nella and the entire staff for providing exceptional customer service. The people of Costa Rica truly won our hearts!

Dear Bryant, Thank you very much for your follow up email. The trip was fantastic, memorable and we loved Casa Bella Vista entirely. The moment of walking into your home, so well cared for and grand was exquisite for us all. I attend the Parade of Homes each year in Colorado, and I must tell you that I had that same feeling when walking into our "home" for a week and I was delighted. It's everything that was promised, and more. Nella is a doll. An absolute doll. She took incredible care of us, calling on her own initiative to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, and being responsive and enthusiastic when we called her. She is a gift to any vacationer, a gift to all. We even ran into her at the Auto Mercado in Tamarindo, and it made us feel just a little "local", which we loved. We went zip lining, surfing, horseback riding (BIG Kudo's to the equestrian center there...they are fantastic!) We went to Jean-Luc's restaurant one night in Flamingo and had a drive there and back not un-similar to a highly graphic video game. This is due to the darkness of the roads, the pedestrian traffic in full regalia in places an American driver might not expect, and of course, the driver. It was white-knuckle for me all the way - but fun and freeing to be in a country that doesn't necessarily have "rules" so much as they have a good nature and fun along the way. Pura Vida, indeed. It was always nice to come home after our outings. We thoroughly enjoyed Casa Bella Vista, it's dragonfly show and it's butterfly finale's. You are lucky and talented to have such a beautiful home. Thank you so much for sharing it with us and opening up a world of possibilities to each and every one of us.

We took a girlfriend trip to Costa Rica and stayed at Casa Bella Vista. It was by far the best place we have ever stayed! The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained, having our own pool was great. The house itself is just unbeleivable. Everything you could want or need was furnished. We had forgotten to bring our ipod sound system but they already had one there which was perfect to have outside. The bedrooms had walk in closets and the bathooms were incredible. The furniture inside the entire house was so well thought out and beautiful. The pictures just can't do this house justice. Bryant and Dave were so helpful in setting up our trip. Nella, who is the contact there was the best! We told her what activites we wanted to do and she would call and set it all up for us. Also she would recommend restaurants in Tamarindo, very helpful if you've not been there before. Anything you need you just give her a call, she was fantastic. We also had a great time driving around Hacienda Pinilla in the golf cart. The beach club is extremely nice, we had lunch there a couple of days. I went horse riding and it was great to see all the different animals. We saw monkeys, a baby alligator, and lots of birds. So much fun, I can't recommend Casa Bella Vista enough. Thanks guys for making my birthday unforgettable!

The website and photos you view online pale in comparison to what you view when you are standing in this fabulous vacation home. What you get with this home is simply first class all the way through; from the master bedrooms, bathooms, pool, outdoor grill, kitchen....even to the garage.....nothing has been compromised. The guest staff is of the highest level and cater to your every need. This house sits in a gated, secured environment where all of the security staff are as friendly as ever. You are only a short drive from many locations, including Tamarindo, Nosara and Playa Langosta. Restuarants like Lola's and Villa Deevena (Presidential Chef) are also nearby and provide an experience unlike anything else. If you are looking to take your family on a vacation to Costa Rica, love to golf, swim and just explore a beautiful country with friendly locals, this house will provide you with that experience and then some!

I rented this beautiful home for the week of my wedding which was taking place at Hacienda Pinilla. It was our "base of operations" and venue for our rehearsal dinner. It was also our area of solitude and calm in the days leading up to our wedding and the refuse after the festivities had concluded and our guests had returned to the States. The house is gorgeous, the furnishings and décor are tasteful and elegant with a great luxurious tropical feel, and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining. The location and amenities available are unbeatable - just about an hour door-to-door from Liberia airport or 15 minutes from the local Tamarindo airport, the security of Hacienda Pinilla and the Los Almendros community, the access to the Hacienda Pinilla facilities like the fabulous beach club and spa and the delicious La Posada restaurant, the convenience to Tamarindo for shopping and dining and south to Lola's and Playa Negra for that off-the-beaten-path adventure and testing out our surf skills. The house is great as a couple's retreat - privacy, luxury, swimming, sunning, and watching sunset or couples/friends or a family traveling together - enough space to not feel "on top of each other" but a great house for a group to catch up over meals and hang poolside. This was our third trip to Costa Rica, and it definitely won't be our last. We're looking forward to our next trip - the perfect place to escape the cold Virginia winter.

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation in Casa Bella Vista Costa Rica. The property is located inside of an Hacienda located in one of the best spots in Costa Rica (Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste). The closer beach (Avellanas) is very quiet and only few minutes by car. Tamarindo is the closest town (15 min drive) where you will find groceries, good shopping and a lot of great restaurants. However, once you are on the property you do not want to go anywhere. The house was well equipped and the swimming pool great. The owner's staff was excellent; making our stay worries-free “Pura Vida”. My family and I recommend Casa Bella Vista to anybody that wants to enjoy a peaceful and unforgettable vacation.

There were many properties to review in the Tamarindo area. After talking to Bryant a few times, we made the choice of staying at his house in Hacienda Pinilla. This choice was the best decision that we could have made for our family vacation. The house help make our 14 days in Costa Rica one of the most rewarding times we have experienced as a family The house, beach club, surrounding beach's and support team will exceed everyone expectation. Truly first class with all details covered for a vacation to remember

The property is well situated, maintained and security is excellent. The owner Brian and property manager Nella made our stay more comfortable. They are very helpful and made sure we have what we needed in the house. They were available anytime. Their recommendations for tours, spa and even caterers are really good. The house is beautiful, well equipped and I wish we could have stay longer. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again. Pura Vida...

Upscale, private, secure location with plenty of activities and amenities. The whole family was able to find activities from golfing (right on the golf course) to surfing (five minutes away) and horseback riding. Cook in or dine out. Relax or exercise, its all there. The housekeeping, catering and maintenance staff are all on the ball here to make sure your stay is 1st rate. Everything was clean and functional from kitchen appliances and cookware to TV, phone and internet.

The pictures don't do this property justice! You have to experience it yourself. The kitchen was amazing with upscale appliances. It was so convenient to have a washer/dryer. A huge advantage is being 5 minutes to the beaches, one of which was like a private beach where we saw only one person all day when we were in the ocean boogey boarding/body surfing. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after spending the morning on the zip line/canopy tour. Nella is fluent in English and made excellent suggestions on dining options. Our favorite restaurant is Lola's on the beach. Schedule a massage at the Beach Club. This had to be one of our family's best vacations by far!

Casa Bella Vista is a fabulous home. We were extremely impressed with the on-line photos, yet the home is even more spectacular in person! We came to Costa Rica with our teen-age sons and loved the home's close proximity to the beach, golf course and Beach Club. The owners thought of every detail ensuring our stay was relaxing and memorable. They gave us great restaurant suggestions as well as activities our family would enjoy. All were as described and more! It was indeed a trip of a lifetime.

Casa Bella Vista is a prime destination at Hacienda Pinilla, where you have access to four different beaches, breathtaking sunsets, and varied sport facilities. We enjoyed walking early in the morning through the Hacienda's trails looking for the howler monkeys. The house is built to perfection and furnished to make your stay memorable. Spacious, decorated in good taste and private... Gathering around the wooden table on the terrace overlooking the golf course, sharing with family was something to look forward. The several cheffs within our group couldn't say more about the kitchen! Using the pool at night under a sky with hundreds of stars was unexpected. Information about the house was accurate and detailed. Mr. Martin made sure we had a joyful stay and made us feel welcome. Hacienda Pinilla offers nearby access to both secluded and populated beaches and small towns. Take your choice! We recommend visiting San Juanillo. The recently built Club House at the Hacienda is a great addition to all Pinilla has to offer. We recommend Casa Bella Vista with enthusiasm and hope to stay there again! This place is unique!

Casa Bella Vista is as described and much more. The photos are great, but they don't clearly reflect the true beauty and elegance of this place. The home and furnishings are of impeccable taste. Nella was on standby for any help or to answer simple questions. Bryant was SOO easy to work with in making our reservations and accommodating our requests. I couldn't recommend Casa Bella Vista any more highly; it is truly paradise! Thanks so much for sharing your exquisite piece of paradise with us.

"Our stay in Costa Rica and at this property was a first, but, will not be our last! The property was ideally located and quiet with the highlights being that it was close to the beaches, private beach club, restaurants and on a beautiful golf course. After a round of golf the pool at the house couldn't have been more refreshing. The variety of great restaurants ( all recommended by the owner) are within a short 10 minute driving distance were superb! Nella works for the owner of the house and handles anything that is needed and does a awesome job. Our only regret . . . we couldn't stay longer. Next time."
