Why the Owner Chose Duck Creek Village
Spring Hollow is a great location to unwind, In the middle of the Cedar Mountain Range with a year around 25' wide natural stream "Babbling" at you back door 24/7/365. Mammoth Creek begins "Up Stream" about 3 miles from out cabin and is a "Real Rocky Mountain Stream". The “Creek” is truly amazing ,it just starts from a mountain side Spring (about 30’ in diameter) and continues to flow year around. As we sit on our patios morning, noon, and evening and watch and listen to all the wildlife sounds around us it is truly relaxing. The best part is that there are no sounds other than Mother Nature. There are plenty of things to do, from relaxing to hiking, Rent and ride the ATV's (Duck Creek), Horseback riding, and Oh yea, Did I mention Fishing for Trout off you back patio!!

Jim and Kathy Villani have been in Las Vegas since the late 60's. Working at major hotels in the 70's and early 80's they decided on a “Little Change". Purchasing Property first in Brian Head, then Mammoth Creek they decided that they wanted the best of “Both Worlds”, Vegas winters and cool Mountain Summers. Very few places in the western United States allow "Water Front Property Ownership". Mammoth Creek is unique because there are less than 25 or so cabins "On the Creek", in Southern Utah or even Nevada. Most water front properties have been “past down” the family tree and hardly ever sold or rented. Jim and Kathy were lucky in the sense that Mammoth Creek lot opportunity came up and they decided to buy and build the "Spring Hollow Cabin/Lodge". Having Brian Head and Mammoth Creek presented an opportunity to both relax and share this property with others who needed a place to relax, Far away from every day hassles, but yet close to everything. So please “Come on up and enjoy a slice of reality”
