Our peaceful 5 BR, 6 BA retreat is perfect for family & friends that want to get away from it all and just have fun! Behind the cabin is a lovely walkway to the stocked fishing lake. There is a picnic table next to the lake and a fire pit to warm up on cool nights.
You will enter the cabin into an open, spacious, living room, dining area, & well equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, each with king size beds, flat screen TVs, & private bathrooms. The large master bathroom has a luxurious Jacuzzi tub!
The second floor has a comfortable seating area to read a good book or enjoy the widescreen TV.
There is also a pool table, & a professional air hockey table. We have also included books for all ages. Outside the second floor, there is a large deck with a porch swing, & several rocking chairs to enjoy the gorgeous views of Mt. Leconte! There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with king size log beds, wide screen TVs, & private bathrooms.
The kids (even the grown up ones) won't believe all the extras awaiting them on the third floor. There are 5 arcade games, a game/poker table, & home theater with 8 ultra comfortable recliners! There is a Wii, X-Box 360, & Playstation 3. Outside is another large balcony with plenty of seating, and an 8 person hot tub.

Year Purchased: 2009
Our family & another family who are close friends, went in together to purchase this amazing property. We wanted a place that was peaceful, with lots of things for loved ones to do together, get away from it all, relax, strengthen bonds, have a blast, & create lifelong memories. This cabin was also conveniently located just minutes from all the attractions that people come to the Gatlinburg area for. We, the Chronisters, have been married 20 years, & have an 11 year old daughter, Katelyn, that we home school. We live in Mooresville, NC. Our good friends, the Sissons, have 1 boy, Ben, & 3 girls, Javier, Anna, & Ariel, all of which are also home schooled. They live just minutes away from the cabin.
Why the Owner Chose Sevierville
We fell in love with this property because of the lake behind the cabin. We thought it would be a great destination for families, because it's only 15 minute drive to Dollywood, Splash Country, & just 25 minute drive to Gatlinburg, & all its attractions. It's easy to get to all of the attractions, but if they choose to stay at the cabin, there is something for everyone to do!
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
My husband & I love getting up early in the morning, & taking a tray with coffee & muffins on the porch, to enjoy the peaceful beauty, & listen to the birds sing. We didn't know that we loved fishing until we taught our daughter & her friends to fish in the lake! The picnic area is great, & the fire pit brought back childhood memories of sitting by the campfire roasting marshmallows! The kids can't get enough of the arcade games! The hot tub is especially nice on cool nights. You can even see the huge home theater screen from the hot tub! We all love this place, & we know that you will want to return year after year.
