When you are looking for a private backyard with magnificent views of the Santa Catalina Mountains, this single level house has it. The house has a open floor plan concept with 10 feet ceiling and lots of light. The back yard also has an orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and tangerine trees, so just walk out side and pick your own fruit. The house is on a cul-de-sac with limited traffic. There is a Home Security System for your use.
There is lots of counter space for preparing your meals and a large pantry for food storage. And you will have several options as to where you will want to eat. There are three seating arrangement in the back yard. There are two seating areas under the covered patio, and one sitting area around the stone water feature and swimming pool. There is an eat-at island in the kitchen, and an inside dining room.
The large Master suite has a king size bed with a wonderful Tempur-pedic mattress. A large walk-in closet and a master bathroom with double sinks, high counters, and a large walk-in shower. The Master bedroom set-up is a split floor plan and bathroom door is just a few steps to the Hot Tub and swimming pool. The second bed room has a very comfortable queen bed. The third room is an office by day. The Day bed with trundle makes into another king size bed. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom and the living room have flat screen TV's.

Why the Owner Chose Oro Valley
The year round climate. There are many golf courses and amenities. The university near by is a plus. The home prices were good. And we have many friends that have made this area either their part-time or full-time residence.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Views, Views, and quiet coffee time on the patio. The patio gets the early morning sun and has the cool shade in the afternoon. We have placed the Hot Tub and the swimming pool just perfectly to take advantage of the views and the privacy. There are no other homes behind the yard. The large kitchen and counter space makes preparing meals fun.

My husband and I are originally from Colorado (40 plus years). However, as we get older we want to be warm and play lots of golf. We fell in love with the Oro Valley the first time we visited. We have many friends here that enjoy our same interests; therefore, it was a perfect solution for our "Golden Years". We are just like kids, learning about everything the area has to offer.

Our stay at this property was lovely. The home is beautiful, warm and very comfortable. Information regarding contacts (if necessary) and maintenance was readily accessible. The back yard is pleasant and inviting. We would stay thera again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time in Tucson.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family with 2 adults and 3 children stayed for about two months. Things that we liked about the property include the pool, the hot tub and the view. Additional things we liked: everything was clean and well maintained, owners were accommodating with safety concerns with the pool, home has lots of pictures and statues of animals which was friendly, quiet cul-de-sac street, kid friendly neighbors, backyard access to the wash, BBQ and backyard furniture and quick response from owners when there was a problem with the garage door. Things we didn't love: strong dog dander in the rugs and my allergic sister couldn't stay long, too much of the owner's stuff in the garage made it hard for our storage boxes, bikes and a car. Also, owners seemed a little hovering about check out details (we did have 3 kids and the risk was there so I guess it's understandable but we did have a high deposit), but overall they were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this to friends and we are glad we stayed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.
