View of Harbor entrance. Watch the sail boats and fishing boats enter harbor. Three blocks to underwater and wildlife tours. Walk to beach with its seven miles of sand and surf and famous Morro Rock.
These houses are only a year old. Golf course is just blocks away. Kiddy park is only a few blocks away on the bay. The houses are fully furnished but you might want to bring binoculars, skate boards and golf clubs. Family Owned and Operated.

Rates are different for "Harbor View Heights I" and "Harbor View Heights II". "Harbor View Heights II" has a Hot Tub, "Harbor View Heights I" does not.

Reservation Deposit is nonrefundable unless a reservation is cancelled a full 30 days before the arrival date. If cancelled a full 30 days before arrival, only a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
