This is a 2 bedroom garage apartment on the shores of Lake Conroe. Property has a private boat slip. Private pool, and hot tub. Private gas barbeque, tables, umbrellas, chairs, patios, and decks. Apartment is fully furnished and has washer and dryer.
Owners live on property but you will not know we are there unless you need something. Our desire would be for you to come back over and over. There are queen beds and dressers chests etc. in each bedroom. The living area has a giant comfortable leather couch that also converts to a queen bed. Recliners are also present. There is a small dining set and an outside covered patio for your use. There are numerous golf courses in the area and the Conroe outlet mall is only about 3 miles away. Plenty of restaurants are nearby and there is a full kitchen with a full size fridge for your use.

My wife and I live on this property. We have the 2 bedroom apt for you as a vacation rental, but we live in the main house. We are business owners but are retired from corporate jobs. We have lived in this location since 1993 and have developed it into a resort type property. It is similar to a bed and breakfast without the breakfast.
