Drive up a 500 ft driveway to the new 10 ft by 45 ft mahogany rocking chair porch. Main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room with F/P, dining room, eat-in kitchen, family room with lots of glass, central AC, large screen porch with mahogany decking and cathedral wood ceiling overlooking fenced backyard and pool. The porch and family room both open to a deck. There is a separate guest house with full bath, refrigerator, microwave, AC, loft and screen porch overlooking pond on one side and pool on the other. Solar heated pool with deck surrounded by large garden with access from pool house or backyard, outside shower – pool area separately fenced. You cannot see any neighbors!!

We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do and find it very comfortable. We have owned this home for almost twenty-five years. We like living in Southampton and especially enjoy the beaches, tennis and golf. There are many good restaurants and fun places to visit. The Hampton Jitney is a short distance away and offers a two hour ride to Manhattan. Take advantage of local theater and cultural events. There are many award winning wineries nearby open daily for wine tasting. Enjoy great restaurants and seafood. There are numerous clubs offering entertainment. Additionally, there are great art exhibits, lectures, readings and special children's programs.
Why the Owner Chose Southampton
Our home is near everything but in a quiet location. We are one mile from the village of Southampton, five minutes to the ocean and just a few minutes to the bay. Tennis and golf is also nearby.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Out home is great for entertaining especially with the large family room and screen porch. It is fully equipped and should meet your vacation needs. The guest house can easily sleep two and has a refrigerator, AC, full bath and screen porch overlooking the pond. There is also an outdoor shower. The property is totally private, large and flat. The backyard is fenced and the pool (solar-heated) is separately fenced so children and pets can play in the yard without worry about the pool.

This was a lovely, private and quiet home with tons of indoor and outdoor gathering space. The enclosed yard is huge and perfect for pets and young kids. The pool area and guest house is completely separate from the main house which afforded tons of privacy for everyone. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. A clean, spacious and super comfy home, my husband and I are already talking about staying here again in Summer 2011.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
