A kitchen and Weber gas grill provide the convenience and comfort of home-cooked meals, or you can walk to restaurants in the Village and drive to dozens of other restaurants. A small market in the Village sells provisions for gourmet meals - from cheeses to excellent meats to fresh cannolis. Supermarkets, organic food store, and vegetable stands are about a 5-minute drive. On request, the kitchen can be stocked to order.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two twins. On request, the twins can be converted to a double bed. The living room has a convertible sofa and a futon, both double-size. This home is suitable for 4 people; 6 people would be considered and the rental rate will be adjusted accordingly.

Why the Owner Chose East Quogue
The community has a small beach on Shinnecock Bay and is walking distance to a Village with small shops. I especially like this location because it is at the far west end of Southampton town, significantly reducing the drive time from NYC. Also, the ocean beaches are a quick drive through Quogue, avoiding the Hampton Bays traffic.
