If you are looking to bask in the wonderful Florida life, then we have the place for you! Our villa is located in The Plantation Golf and Country Club in the Hampton Mews of St. Andrews East section.
Our villa is only a few years old. With no stairs and all the amenities on one level it is well stocked with all the comforts of home. It has two bedrooms, den/office, fully stocked kitchen with dinette and counter seating, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, laundry room, attached two car garage and lanai.
Some features worth noting, the master suite has a king size bed along with a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds with a bathroom with tub just outside the room. The den/office is furnished with a desk and a convertible sofa sleeper for extra guests if needed.
We have a social membership to the country club that can be transferred for a small fee. This entitles you to unlimited use of the clubhouse, restaurant, Junior-Olympic size heated swimming pool and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center. The golf course is private, but with this membership you are entitled to make two advance tee-times a month and can play any other day there are available tee-times. Green fees and cart fees are an additional cost.
Also, for those of you that like to play tennis there are thirteen Har-Tru tennis courts that can be used by paying a daily court fee.
If you like to stay in the neighborhood and meet new friends, we are just down the street from the community clubhouse. There, you can play cards, enjoy a book from the small library, swim in the heated pool or use the kitchen or outside grills to entertain.
