  • Stayed in this condo in August 2009. Felt like we were the first people to stay there- and we almost were. Condo is very well kept, comfortable and convenient to everything. Owners also provide helpful information and recs for dining, tourism. Owners live nearby and were very helpful- personally came out to the building to fix small problem with cable. Great experience staying here- well worth the money. Thanks for a great stay.

  • Thank you Pete and Stacy for the best vacation ever! Our family of 5 spent a week in this condo. Everything was brand new (including the condo itself, furniture, appliances, utensils, etc) and the place was immaculately clean. We were so comfortable we did not want to leave- but the weather was too nice to stay indoors. Everything we could possibly need was within 2 blocks of this condo (grocery stores, Target, gym, restaurants, the metro). After a 10-15 minute metro ride we were at the National Mall. Neighborhood felt safe - even at night. Pete and Stacy also provided a lot of valuable information and recommendations for our visit. If we ever return to DC, we would happily stay here again.
