  Fantastic - your home provided us with a great base and be able to walk to so much. Shopping, restaurants and the inner harbour all so close. The condo is ideal - not too big nor small.The kitchen didn't lack for anything and your welcome gift was much appreciated. Thank you!

  The condo is exactly like the photos. My husband and I enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony overlooking the view of the historic old town hall building with the harbour in the distance. Ideal location to everything - car not necessary although we did have one and were glad for the secure underground parking provided. Arranging with Paveez was so easy - she has thought of everything and was very helpful during our planning and our stay.

We really loved the convenience to downtown, the restaurants and shopping and just the opportunity to stroll and enjoy the surroundings during our time off from work. And the view, day and night, was very tranquil and lovely! We will definitely keep your information in a file to be revisited again when we have the opportunity to come to Victoria again.   We thoroughly enjoyed our time in your condo. The photos don't even do it justice! It was extremely clean and modern with additional conveniences. And the security was very impressive. Thank you for the suggestions for dining and buying groceries. We really loved the convenience to downtown, the restaurants and shopping and just the opportunity to stroll and enjoy the surroundings during our time off from work. And the view, day and night, was very tranquil and lovely! We will definitely contact you again when we have the opportunity to return to Victoria.

  This condo, and the people who manage it, is one of the best experiences we have ever had in booking with VRBO. The condo was spotless, location absolutely fabulous - walked every day in the beautiful downtown area. We of course walked Wharf street on a daily basis and ate at several wonderful restaurants, one of our favorite being the Irish Pub. We also shopped, of course it is beautiful BC! The lady we dealt with, Parveez, when we were booking this condo was extremely kind and informative. Everything was as promised and a little bit more! We whole heartedly recommend this condo.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This condo was in a great location, had wonderful furniture, and looked great inside. The owner was very helpful and commutative. I would definitely stay here again.

  We had a short stay over a weekend in Victoria so we were glad we found a condo at such a convenient location in downtown Victoria. Since it's so close to popular attractions within walking distance, we didn't have to use our car and worry about finding parking (which can be time consuming). Building (constructed in 2006) is well-maintained/clean, secure, and quiet. Since we arrived to Victoria via ferry, George and Parveez were mindful of that and greeted us when we got to the condo. They did a walkthrough, answered our questions, and made themselves available if we needed to contact them. I appreciated them taking the time to check in with us to make sure our stay was pleasant and asked us if we needed anything during our stay. Although the condo had everything already with additional perks...such as a grill on the balcony overlooking the city. This was our first experience renting through vrbo.com and couldn't be more pleased with how simple they made the entire process so we could enjoy our vacation as well as making us comfortable with utilizing vrbo.com again.

  We're glad to review such a nice place. it's only a 10 min walk to The Empress, Parliament, waterfront, etc. there's a lovely view of the harbor and you can sit on the balcony and hear the concerts at City Hall park. The condo is spotless, fully outfitted, safe and decorated beautifully but above all the owners are lovely and most accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here.

  The view from the balcony is the key draw of this place. It's also tastefully decorated and comfortable for a couple or family of 3. We'll definitely stay here again when next in Victoria.
