AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. Only one complaint----it is not my own personal house. My family (2 adult couples; 1 single adult; a 16, 9, 6, and 1 year old) and I fell in love with the house the minute we walked in the front door. We had everything we needed away from home: 5 bedrooms/4 baths; everybody had their own space--no way did we ever feel crowded. BEDROOMS (all had TVs, dressers, closets): spacious; GAME ROOM: pool table, air hockey, table and 4 chairs, TV, and disney characters painted on wall; FAMILY ROOM: spacious, TV, desk/computer area and opened up to kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining room. We never sat at dining room table. KITCHEN: Stocked with dishes (plates, bowls, cups, etc), eating utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher. All we had to buy was regular dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder. BREAKFAST NOOK: with table and chairs for 4 people; who ever got up first started breakfast so we rotated from the breakfast nook to the couch. PRIVATE POOL with grill and patio with patio furniture--located right off the breakfast noon---you can sit at table and see the pool; Downstairs living area was opened to kitchen, family room, breakfast nook. WASH ROOM: top of the line washer and dryer; stocked with regular bath towels and beach towels. All we had to buy was washing powders. We are talking about going back in 2011. Will rent same house if it is available, or we will schedule our time around the availability of this house. John.....thanks for such an awesome place----decoration was top notch. Recommend this property/house. We bought paper towels; bathroom tissue; dish detergent; broom and dust pan for the next guest. Again.......AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! We stayed at this beautiful house for a little over a month. Everything was just as good if not better than the pictures. The pool was wonderful, kitchen was fully stocked with cooking pots & utensils. And everything was so clean! 3rd time renting a house in the Orlando area, & this one was by far the best. Great location to everything as well. Hope to come again to stay. We rented this house for a little over a month. We are a family of 5, plus we brought the grandparents along. Plus a family of 4 joined us for part of the time. There was plenty of room for all! We have rented 2 different houses in past years, but this house by far has exceeded the others. As well as the location, and subdivision are a definite step above the others. I've liked this location the best for getting to disney because in about 5 min drive, you get onto the I4 & you zoom right to the disney exits, It usually took us 20 to 25 mins(tops) to get there. Whereas when we stayed on the US27 and had to go down the US192 through all the traffic lights, it sometimes would take 45 mins or more to get there. The pics of house on website are exactly as house is(even nicer when you're in the house) the house is fully stocked for cooking meals. The barbecque was wonderful as well as the pool. All the beds were big, roomy, and extremely comfy. The house was so clean. We hope to go back again!
