This beautifully decorated, 1930's style home features exceptional architectural details, hardwood floors throughout, front and back patios, a fully equipped kitchen with built-in breakfast nook, formal dining room, living room with wood burning fireplace and two separate seating areas, and a large back yard with play structure, trampoline and zip line for the kids. The house and lot measure 1,750 and 7,500 sq. ft. respectively.
The master bedroom and third bedroom/family room are both equipped with new, flat panel HD TVs each with DVRs and DVD players. There is also FIOS, wireless internet access, and the Wii. The master also offers a brand new, firm/pillow-top, queen mattress.
The home is located in a lovely, safe and convenient neighborhood 1.25 miles from the beach and one block from shops, cafes, library, yoga, a lovely grocery store, etc... Parking is ample though two off street parking spaces and two on-street parking permits are available. Bicycles, boogie boards, and other recreational items can also be made available by request.
Twice weekly maid service can be made available for an additional fee. Excellent references must be provided along with a photo of the interested party. Serious requests only please. 50% payment due at time of booking. Balance due upon arrival.
