  So comfortable, so beautiful, so perfect! This 2 bed/2 bath condo was ideal for our family of four. It was so nice to have a separate master bedroom and bath away from our two teenage girls. The split bedroom design would also be perfect for families with small children, as there is a hallway that leads into the second bedroom that has a door to close off and keep the area quiet for napping children, or for putting the kids to bed and allowing the adults to stay up later. The large, newly designed kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops and bar area with a great wine refrigerator. It is open to the living area and allows everyone to hang out together while preparing meals. Every amenity and appliance was thought of by the owners in this fully stocked kitchen. Another huge benefit is the large laundry room in the condo. It was so nice to be able to wash beach towels and everything else. I would definitely just pack a small bag of clothes, as everything else we needed was already there. There is a gorgeous view from every floor to ceiling window, and access from every room to the large outdoor balcony. Not only do you have an unobstructed view of the Gulf and the pool from the 9th floor balcony, but also of the city of Marco. It was so relaxing to sit out on the balcony at night with friends, sipping cocktails, listening to the waves and looking at all the beautiful city lights. A perfect way to end any day! The Shipp’s Landing Complex is on the southern part of the island, where it is set back away from the street. We never heard any traffic noise and it is in a great area for walking/running. While lying out by the pool, we were able to watch dolphins jumping out of the water following boats, which was very cool to see. The pier onsite was also a great spot for fishing off the docks. It was fun to watch kids fishing with their dads, and seeing what they caught. The parking spot in the garage was nice too, as we had rain one day and could walk from the building to the garage without getting wet. Also, the car didn’t bake in the sun. We would recommend this property for anyone, as it is suitable for all ages. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer!

  WE HAD A VERY ENJOYABLE MONTH AT THIS LOCATION.THE ACCOMMODATION WAS WELL APPOINTED AND ALL THE DETAILS HAD BEEN COVERED. THE OPEN PLAN LAYOUT REALLY MADE THE APARTMENT FEEL VERY SPACIOUS AND THERE WAS REALLY NO DETAIL THAT WAS LACKING. THE COMPLEX HAD EVERYTHING THAT ONE WOULD NEED FOR A RELAXING TIME IN THE SUN.IF YOU ENJOY SWIMMING FOR EXERCISE THEN THE 50 FOOT POOL (0NE OF THREE POOLS) WILL BE A HIT. THE PRIVATE BEACH WAS A BONUS AND ONLY A TEN MINUTE WALK TO THE TWO MILE LONG MAIN BEACH WAS AN ADDED BONUS. THERE'S NO REASON WHY ONE WOULD NOT RETURN TO THIS RENTAL.THE OWNERS WERE INFORMATIVE,BUSINESS LIKE AND MADE ONE COMFORTABLE THAT ANY ISSUES WOULD BE LOOKED AFTER. ALL IN ALL A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

  Clean, sharp, with excellent views. This is an updated condo with so much nearby. Walk to the beach, restaurants, fishing, sports activities, and the pools are so lovely right on the water. I hope to go back again some day.

  My family stayed here in June. I have 10 & 16 year old daughters and when the week was up I asked them if they wanted to come back next year or go to Disney. No hesitation, they loved it here. Clean warm water beaches, awesome views and incredible weather. I caught a small Tarpon off of their onsite fishing pier and the guy fishing next to me caught a grouper that went over 100 pounds! So many things to do that we ran out of time and plan to go back. I took my 70 year old mother-in-law on the jet ski tour and she still talks about it today. The condo was amazing. Huge family room with a balcony overlooking the ocean on one side and the entire island on the other. We chose to cook breakfast and lunch in the very modern kitchen and dinners out on the town. Having the master suite on the opposite side of the unit from the guest quarters was a blessing at the end of the day. Overall I can't say enought about how wonderful this location was. We are hoping to take our pastor and his family down next year. I would highly recommend as you get a lot of bang for your buck. The pictures don't do it justice, this place is gorgeous! The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is just off of the ocean so we could sit in the jacuzzi and watch the dolphins swim by. The kids thought that was very cool. Make sure you have dinner at the Snook Inn (great fish fry), Sunset Grill is a couple of blocks away and right on the beach, my wife and I had dinner there on our anniversary with a nice sunset walk on the beach.....great memories....can't wait to go back.
