Enjoy this wonderful, lovely 3 bedroom 2 floor home, located in a quiet community just a few steps north of Dewey Beach. This home is located 3 blocks from the ocean, 2 blocks to the Rehoboth Bay, and within easy walking distance to downtown Dewey. Park and leave your cars at the house without the need to purchase parking permits and walk to everything. If you want to visit downtown Rehoboth Beach, catch the Jolly Trolley for a short ride and enjoy the boardwalk, shops, wonderful dining and dancing experiences.
This house has everything that you need to entertain or be entertained for a great vacation. Use the fully equipped kitchen, a large second floor living/dining area and multiple levels of outside decks. Have your morning coffee or evening libations with a panoramic view of the area while also being able to look across Rehoboth Bay from the top roof deck.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two rooms have queen size beds and the third has a bunk bed with a double (full) bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top.
The living/dining area and kitchen are on the second floor with newly installed carpet. The living room couch converts into another queen size bed and has a color TV with Digital cable, DVD, and stereo. The huge dining room table comfortably seats 8 people. The kitchen was recently renovated with new cabinets, appliances, heated tile floor, and is fully equipped with all cookware, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc.
There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor and an additional outdoor shower. There is plenty of space in the large grass yard for the children to play or toss a Frisbee. A barbecue grill is available for your use.
There is ample parking for 4-5 cars.
Check in at 3pm Friday and check out the following Friday by 10 am. Guests are responsible for their own linens and towels.
