This 2 story building is surrounded by a peaceful tropical garden. High speed internet is provided in the premises and for your security this vacation rental property has fences, an intercom system securing the entrance and a video surveillance camera system. This comfortable 950 square foot two bedroom South Beach vacation rental apartment has been totally redecorated and is located in the second floor of the Northwest of the building. Enjoy the weather in its small terrace in the back part of the vacation unit. This South beach vacation apartment provides central air conditioning and is full of light. It has a very charming living room with comfortable furniture and an old chimney (non working).
Next to the renovated kitchen you will find the dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub. The floor is a wood in the entire unit. The bedrooms have a queen size beds and two twin size beds. The Unit is perfect for accommodating 6 people as it offers you a sofa bed in the living room.
