  I stayed here for a conference at El San Juan Resort. The condo was conveniently located across the street from the resort and also walking distance from the nearby grocery store and the beach. We did not rent a car for most of the trip because everything we needed was so close and it was very easy to catch a cab or bus to Old San Juan. We rented a car to make a couple days trips to El Yunque and Luquillo Beach, and the rental was super easy - located across the street at the resort. The condo itself was excellent. It is well-stocked with kitchen supplies and bedroom and bathroom linens. The condo was very clean and comfortable and there was a nice balcony to sit outside and relax. Most importantly, Walter was EXTREMELY cooperative and accommodating. We were trying to make arrangements through our department that ended up getting really complicated, but Walter worked with us every step of the way. He checked in on us toward the end of our trip to make sure that we found everything satisfactory. So not only do I recommend this place for its great location and accommodations, I highly recommend it for the great service that Walter provided. Next time I come to Puerto Rico, I will definitely be contacting Walter because he was a pleasure to work with.

  This Condo was perfect & beautifully decorated. It beat & exceeded any expectations we had & everyone was very pleased. It offered much more than we expected. We can't wait till next year when we go back. We will definately be renting again from Walter. GREAT CONDO, PERFECT LOCATION. This Condo had everything you need to be on vacation & still feel like your home. We HIGHLY recommend this propery! Walter, if you decide to sell - call me first.   A few of my friends and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed here. We all agree that it was perfect! It was four of us and it was a perfect size, great location, clean and comfortable, we felt like we we're at home. Walter and Isis (the housekeeper) We're very nice! They both answered any questions that I had and made our experience even better. Thank you for allowing us to stay here & I would defiantly return!

  I just came back from renting this condo with my family. We came to Puerto Rico for a destination wedding at the Ritz Carlton/vacation. The condo was absolutely perfect for my family. Not only was it spacious and beautiful, it was also clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything. The owner is professional and exceptionally helpful and so nice. I would definitely rent it again and would recommend it highly to friends,, relatives and anyone who is visiting Puerto Rico. It was wonderful and I'm so glad I found it.

  My family stayed at Walter's condo for a week during Spring Break 2012. Everything was as promised. The apartment was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The location was ideal. The San Juan airport is five minutes away. The complex is across the street from the beach, the casinos, fine restaurants as well as local eateries. It was a well-lit and populated area, with plenty of police presence. There was a supermarket just up the street which was helpful to us in feeding four hungry teenage boys. There was also a great pool which the kids took full advantage of. Parking was not a problem since we had a designated spot and since we were on the main drag, it was not difficult to get around. If you're not renting a car, there are plenty of public transportation options as well as car services. Walter met with us during the time we were there to make sure we were satisfied and we definitely were. This is truly a home away from home and I would recommend it to anyone who was staying in the Isla Verde/San Juan area. We're looking forward to renting from him again...thanks, Walter!

  These condos were everything we expected and more. Very tastefully decorated and very clean. They had everything that we needed. I would suggest them to anyone. Very spacious and comfortable.

  We had the most amazing vacation in PR. We were part of a wedding and the location was key to our experience. You are right across El San Juan. 5 minute drive to/from airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was incredibly spacious and private. You are a block walk from the beach. We rented a car for the week and the provided parking space was extremely convenient. As for the condo, it's as good as the other reviewers already have described. It was perfect in terms of space and vibe. I'm a minimalist and the furniture and the decor truly made the for a more peaceful experience. The beds were comfortable and there was AC units and fans in every room. The kitchen was also great for prepping snacks and breakfast. There was six of us and the 2 bathrooms definitely eased any concerns in that regard. This was by far the best vacation of ever and this condo made it possible. I highly recommend it. Thanks Walter!

  We just returned from our week long stay in Puerto Rico and words cannot explain how pleased we were with Walter's condo. This apartment was absolutely everything that we were wanting...and more! It was so nicely decorated, had extremely comfortable furniture...plenty of space and it included anything and everything we could've needed. We went with two other couples and it was so nice for us to all stay together, yet the condo size allowed us each to have our own personal space. The location was wonderful, just a nice (very) short walk to the beach. There were nice restaurants all over, fun little shops to go to, and even a casino right across the street. The pool was clean and private--it was like having your own little personal haven. We rented a vehicle for our stay there, and the car rental place was literally just down the street. Everything was just so perfect and convenient it almost seemed to good to be true. I am 100% convinced that we could not have been any luckier in choosing such a wonderful place to stay. I can truly guarantee that if you do choose to stay in this condo, you will not be disappointed-at all! Thank you Walter and Isis for all your hospitality and kindness! It truly was a pleasure and we could not have been any more pleased :)

  I just returned from a week stay in Puerto Rico. This condo exceeded my expectations and everyone in our party was very pleased. The location could not have been better! There are tons of restaurant and clubs within a two min walk. The condo had every amenity you could need. The pool was fantastic and there was maybe one other person using it when we went so it felt very private. The entire condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Air conditioner worked great. Couches and beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was running out of hot water. The boiler is small so you just have to plan out shower times- we kept going back to back and the last two people had cold showers-still not a huge issue. Best of all, Walter was very attentive and professional. He answered all my questions and helped make our trip even more relaxing. The entire check in and check out process was very simple. I would HIGHLY recommend renting from Walter and staying at this location. I already miss it. Thank you again Walter!
