Why the Owner Chose Jaco
We purchased the home before it was completed as we were thrilled with the location. Go though the gate at the end of our secure private street and you are on the beach. This is a small 29 home development very unique for this area. Has a pool and whirlpool areas, great for families or singles.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Many outdoor activities, horseback riding, ATV tours, Zip Lines, boat tours, rain forest, surfing, golf course is near by, sport fishing near by also. Many good places to eat, and several nice night clubs in town just a few minutes walk from our front gate. La Flor is a secure community with 24 hour security. It's on the quiet north end of Jaco beach, away from most people that gather near the center of town.

My wife and I love to travel and we picked the Pacific side of Costa Rica to have a vacation home because the great weather, good beaches and many things to do. We have traveled other parts of the world and found this area of Costa Rica to be a great place. Life is good there "PURA VIDA".
