The condo is a three-minute walk over a bridge to get to the beach where you can enjoy the sun and surf by day and the breath taking sunsets and lively drum circles at night. It is located on the inter-coastal so docking a boat is easy whether you bring a boat or if you rent from the marina across the street. Kahunas also offers jet skis for rent. There are two restaurants within walking distance.
The condo has three floors the first is the game room. The game room has a foosball table, a separate air condition, and a pull out couch. On the second floor there are two twin bends, one bathroom, kitchen, , dining room and the living room. The lanai is also off the second floor.
On the third floor, you will find the the master bed and bath, a dressing area and the laundry units. The master bedroom is a loft overlooking the living area and is equipped with Cable TV.
The best part of the location of this unit is when one walks outside and feels and smells the sea breeze.

My name is Annette Gustin. I am a local pool designer and have lived in the Venice area for 18 years. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, orchids, boating and walking on the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Nokomis
The Sand Shack, as I call it, is within walking distance to the beach, two restaurants, an ice cream store, and a boat rental facility. My husband and son also love the fishing location and our dock has the best location for snook fishing in all of Sarasota County.

Great sunsets practically every night. The dock is pleasant for fishing and keeping a boat nearby. The condo has a pool by the water the solar panels keep the pool at a refreshing 85°. Beaches and palm trees are always nearby in this slice of heaven. Come quell your worries away.
