Flat screen TVs are located in the Lounge, Master Bedroom and Gym. Music is piped on all levels. Stunning Views of the Rockies can be enjoyed from every window as well as the hot tub on the deck. Located one block from the main street of Canmore and one block to the river you are only steps away from shops, restaurants and hiking trails.
The house has three bedrooms on the upper level. The Master bedroom has a king size bed as well as an en suite with shower and jetted tub. The second bathroom services the other two bedrooms with full bath and shower. The second and third bedrooms boast spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and have a queen bed in one and and two twin beds in the other bedroom. A crib can be arranged if required. Washer and dryer are on this level.
The Main floor has a deck with private hot tub, gas BBQ and views of the Mountains. The Lounge, Dining and Gourmet Chef's Kitchen open onto the deck. This level also offers an executive office with closet which can be converted to a 4th bedroom if required. There is also a bathroom with shower next to the office. Downstairs is a fitness gym with universal weights machine and treadmill. Here too is a full bathroom and massage room.
The kitchen is a Chef's delight with double door fridge freezer, Wolf 6 burner gas range, built in Decor coffee machine, separate wine fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
